The beach house is situated just high enough for beautiful downtown views, and low enough to easily walk to and from the beach, promenade, Whole Foods, restaurants, shops, movie theatre, post office, ice cream parlor, the world famous Pageant of The Masters at the Festival of Arts and the Sawdust Festival, museums, etc…. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and is very private, yet conveniently located with an easy 2 minute walk anywhere downtown.
It's 2 bedroom with one full bathroom (shower and tub). The home is light and bright with high vaulted ceilings. There's a patio off of the bedroom and front room that is large enough for dining and barbecuing. It overlooks the activities of downtown but is still peacefully perched on the hillside.

We rented this place for a 3-day weekend and were very pleased with the whole experience. The owner was warm and friendly and went out of her way to ensure we had a pleasant experience. She even left us with suggestions for favorite restaurants, beaches etc. which was a really nice touch.The home was clean and charming. Great location on the hill just a few blocks above the beach and main downtown Laguna area. Views of the ocean from bedroom and deck! You can even hear the waves... *There are stairs and a relatively steep hill to get you up to this lovely little spot. Be ready for that!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Iy is so close to everything ,who needs a car! You can hear the ocean at night and there is a nice large garage and driveway tucked away very private.

I love the convenience and location to downtown. You do not hear the city. It gets nice and quiet at night and then the surf kicks in.
