This is a great location for our North Hampton 3 BR unit, which we have owned for since 1998. I also have a 2BR in Royale Palms that I have been renting on VRBO for several years. The unit is very large, clean and has many new/upgraded items. The deck in this condo is extremely large and comfortable. The view is awesome, and always a nice wind on the south side of the building.
Anyone familiar with Myrtle Beach knows that Kingston Plantation is the best place to stay in Myrtle Beach. Kingston Plantation is a 145 acre high-end, private, gated community giving you privacy and calm, and still right in the heart of all the best Myrtle Beach has to offer right out of the main gate. Kingston offers on site many pools, hot tubs, half mile private beach, 4 restaurants and golf right out the entrance. I can help with your golf plans, having played over 60 Myrtle Beach golf courses. Also available to you on site is a full service Health Club with Racquetball, indoor pool and 9 lighted Tennis Courts.
North Hampton building is the quietest of the Oceanfront Towers, with a high percentage of resident owners. There is easy access to the North Hampton Pools and beach.
This unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, over 1900 total sq ft , and on the 12th floor has a breathtaking view of the Ocean and Apache pier. The patio is extremely large, 500 square feet, accessible from all rooms. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, and private bathroom. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and a private bathroom. There is a queen pullout sofa in the living room and a roll away cot in the closet to use if needed. High speed wireless internet is right in the unit at no extra charge.

This is the greatest condo my family has ever stayed in! The 3 bathrooms were definitely a plus! It's so roomy, and the huge balcony with unobstructive views of the ocean is breath taking! The beach in this area is not as crowded as other parts of Myrtle Beach. The very short walk to the pier was great for our teenagers and also adults...ice cream and Italian Ice! The full size washer and dryer is a great amenity also. The only negative thing was needing a key to enter the building. When you have people going 3 or 4 different ways it's hard to keep up with who has a key and who doesn't. I do realize it is best for security purposes. My youngest daughter said, "This place could be a home"! One of the best beach weeks we have ever had and many wonderful memories made at 1203 North Hamton at Kingston Plantation! Praying it works out for us to return in summer of 2013!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved this condo, very spacious and a great ocean view. It was a very relaxing place to stay. A very nice and cooperative owner. Wish I was still there!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We spent the 4th of July at the beach for the 1st time. We loved the condo. We have never had a place where every bedroom had a sliding door to the balcony. The balcony was 4x as large as most balconies. It was an amazing view. The boardwalk to the other condos made it so easy to travel on foot. The fireworks were spectacular. Thanks for a wonderful week at your condo. The security made us really feel comfortable. For the teenagers, the pools and music were great! Apache Pier is less than a 10 minute walk and our kids loved the arcade. We hope to return next year. Broadway at the Beach is only 15 minutes away and there was so much to do there that you need several visits to take it all in. (3 bedrooms, 3 baths, laundry room, kitchen, and wonderful balcony!) This unit was very quiet! It was great working with this owner. We really enjoyed the condo! It was very spacious and it had everything we needed. When we were at the condo, we spent most of time on the huge balcony ~ great views of both the ocean and the lake. It was so relaxing!! Kingston Plantation was a really nice community...the boardwalk allowed us to walk to all of the different pools. The owner was also very nice and accommodating!
