Come enjoy this beautiful home that is just 1 house from the beach and the famous strand! Wake up for a morning surf/swim at the beach and stroll to lunch at the Manhattan Beach pier. Or you can walk to Pancho's for some evening margaritas. Close enough to hear the crashing surf while you sleep. The living room has a great ocean view and a sitting area to watch the waves crash. There is a fireplace, a couch, love seat, chairs and a 52“ Flat screen HDTV. The balcony with an ocean view from Palos Verdes to Malibu and santa Monica includes a barbecue, 4 captains chairs and 2 lounge chairs. The master bedroom is on the 3rd level as well and includes an attached bath and cal king bed. The kitchen in this house is on the middle level with gas range and stainless refrigeraton/freezer. There are 3 bar stools in the dining area and a table with 5 chairs. There is a colorful girls room with bunk beds and lots of light and attached bath. The Guest bedroom has a full bed with tall posts and netting. Garage with 2 spots and lots of beach things, surfboards, boogie boards, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. Manhattan Beach is a short drive to all of the Los Angeles area must see attractions: Hollywood, downtown L.A., Venice Beach, Malibu, Santa Monica, etc. You can also ride your bike up and down the strand for miles each may.
