  We enjoyed a great month of December at Villa Bramasole. The house was immaculate, clean and well maintained. Nicely furnished with contemporary decor. Lovely back patio overlooking the 9th fairway at Corte Bella. We loved the firepit. Only a few minutes walk to the clubhouse and pool area. Corte Bella has a good and varied actiivities program at the clubhouse. The Anacapa restaurant there is very good and not overpriced. The house itself was excellant value for money. We would not hesitate to recommend to friends and would definitely return ourselves in the future.

  We have stayed at many properties in Corte Bella most larger than Villa Bramasole but nothing as good as this property. The owner has spent time and effort to make sure our stay was memorable and went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed. The property is well appointed with comfortable beds, smart TVs with a great sound system, and a well equipped kitchen. I was even surprised to find not only beach towels to take to the pool, but a beach bag to carry everything in.The outside firepit added to our enjoyment when relaxing on the patio in the evenings. The location is very good for access to the golf club, restaurant, and fitness facility all located a short distance away. We hope to make this property our annual getaway. I would highly recommend this property.

  Excellent in all aspects. Extremely well equipped house, excellent kitchen, full access to web and printer. Superb security and privacy. The late afternoon and evenings on the patio were special every night. The golf club and all ameneties are excellent and most reasonably priced. Beautiful gym and pool. Great and safe area for walking, jogging or cycling.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

  We have arrived home after spending a wonderful month in this house.It is tastfully decorated and comes with all amenities like electronics,a wonderfully stocked kitchen with all small appliances, lovely dishes and cookware, cupboards stocked with spices and other things like toilet paper,kleenex,baggies , paper towels.,coffee-even bottled water in the fridge.It was so nice not to have to buy these things the first day.So much thought has gone into making our stay comfortable.Relaxing out on the patio watching the golfers ,or barbecuing or sitting by the firepit .The owner was very helpful in answering our questions.There was even food bowls and treats for our little dog.We would certainly reccomend this location to friends.Thankyou for your hospitality

  The owner's description and photo's for the Villa Bramasole listing is very accurate. The property is a very clean and well maintained 2 bedroom villa with new furnishings that made our 2 month stay wonderful. The owner did an excellent job in fully furnishing the kitchen with cooking utensils as well as great glass and dinnerware. Other rooms were also well furnished. The BBQ and firepit on the back patio was a great place to spend time enjoying the beautiful golf course view behind the villa. The close proximity to the fitness center, swimming pool, restaurant and golf club is ideal for walking. The owner was very responsive to our questions and concerns. We would recommend this property to a friend or a relative to lease. We also are leasing the property in the future.
