This lovely traditional Cape is located in a very desirable South Orleans neighborhood, just steps away from the Paw Wah Point conservation area on Pleasant Bay. Bring along your boat, which you can launch with ease at nearby Portanimicut landing, and enjoy the wonderful fishing, sailing, kayaking, and clamming which Pleasant Bay offers.

All the rooms in our comfortably furnished home are large and immaculate. You can enjoy your meals in the spacious eat-in kitchen, in the formal dining room, in the outdoor comfort of the screened porch, or at the picnic table on the deck. Relax in the hammock in the back yard while you listen to the birds, enjoy the lovely gardens, read a book, or take a nap. This home is a turn-key vacation paradise.

Browse the fine shops in the Orleans Village Center. Watch the Orleans Cardinals at the free Cape League baseball games in town, or dance to the music of free band concerts at Nauset Beach on Monday evenings. Swim and surf at Nauset Beach. Build sand castles with the kids and explore the tidal flats at Skaket Beach. Explore the barrier beach in your 4-wheel drive vehicle on the special ORV trails. Charter a fishing boat from the Rock Harbor fleet for a half day or full day of fishing with the experts. Walk the trails of the Cape Cod National Seashore while a Park Ranger explains the geology and history of the Cape Cod. Bike on Cape Cod Rail Trail or in Nickerson State Park. All of this and more is within five miles of the house.
