Comfortable apartment on quiet 17th floor. Fully furnished with all the amenities of a North American home. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a large walk in closet; private bathroom with double sink and 2 person shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a whole wall of closet space! The 2nd bathroom is conveniently located across the hall from the second bedroom with plenty of room for 2 people to share without quarrels! All kitchen appliances (large and small) are brand new, so are the washer/dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a cook in mind!
Efficient air conditioning throughout the apartment, plus ceiling fans. Just open the windows to hear the ocean and get the mountain breezes. Two brand new flat screen TVs, two brand new DVD players that can play North American and Panamanian DVDs in addition to the cable TV. The balcony is furnished so that you can enjoy your favorite drink overlooking the ocean and the gorgeous sunset.
Why our apartment in Gorgona?
We are located in a gated community with 24 hour security. Our community is new, so everything is clean, modern and works! The community Administrator is on site and speaks English and Spanish. Our property manager is bi-lingual too! The neighbors are quiet and friendly Canadians, Americans and Panamanians. This isn't the place for college spring break - this is a place for families and couples.
The pool and beach are never crowded. The apartment is furnished in a comfortable, family friendly style because that's who we are. We (and you) can choose to be as active as you want to be when here: explore the rain forest, visit the Panama canal, explore the capital city, shop in the malls, explore the small towns, play golf, go fishing, watch TV, eat, drink and just be.
