  Fantastic accommodations. We stayed for 2 months, Feb/Mar 2013. Sandy is a caring owner who is always available. The pictures and description are true to the casita. It was all that it claimed to be. The casita is in great shape and clean. The pool and hot tub are great after a day of hiking. I would recommend to anyone to stay here and I know if I come back to this area Sandy is the one I will call. We have had a fantastic time here in La Quinta. We personally did lots of hiking (recommend 140 Great Hikes in Palm Springs), lots of golfing, plays and concerts at McCallum Theater, professional tennis, horse jumping contest, museums and eating out with a preference for Stuft Pizza which is a 2 minute walk away. In summary, can't say enough about the property or Sandy.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  A heart-felt "Thank you" for providing the ideal venue for our Labor Day getaway. The condo was spotless and true to your world, it was nice to know that you were always a phone call away. Looking forward to continuing our association!

  My wife and I wanted a small place for a reasonable price with easy access to eating, shopping and most importantly golf. Our dream came true with La Quinta Vacations Rental. Staying the month of November allowed us to experience all the pleasures of walking to 6-7 delightful restaurants (with happy hours), a park, two grocery stores, a dynamite coffee shop and multiple sources for the NYTimes and USA Today to stay connected along with Wi-Fi of course. And the golf - Golfnow.com and SilverRock golf resort by Arnold Palmer became our best friends. Service was a plus with Sandy always available for help of which we needed little as the casitas were well furnished and functioning. We'll do it again as time allows. Next time we plan to vegetate regularly at the clean and accessible pool and spa.

  The condos at La Quinta-Vacations resort are clean,spacious, and well appointed. A kitchen with all the amenities, HDTVs in the living area and bedrooms, free Wi-Fi access, and patio furniture on the balcony provide all the comforts of home. Located across the street from Old Town La Quinta you are within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and nightclubs. Golfers have easy access to many of the best courses in the Coachella Valley some with early tee time availability. Just ask Sandy Robbins, the manager, to help you with anything you need; she will go out of her way to ensure you have a very nice stay.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  About a month ago, I tried to get reservations at Embassy Suites. I was upset that they could not accommodate me. I called Sandy Robbins and she took great care of me! No doubt, I will stay here next time I'm in the area. My friends and co-workers that stayed at the Embassy Suites were envious of the place. I'm hesitant to share Sandy's number with them. I would like to keep this place my little secret. sshhh! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We expect Credit Cards for nightly, weekly & monthly reservation deposit. International Credit cards will be charged 4% Convenience fee. Final payments for monthly reservations to be either checks, cashiers checks or bank drafts.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

10% Room tax for Guest Stays under 30 days. Cleaning Fee of $75 for Guest Stays over 20 days.
