Tidewater 201 is a three bedroom, three bath corner unit condo located in the heart of Orange Beach. Our condo provides easy access to all that the Gulf Shore has to offer. Our condo has been professionally decorated to welcome the most distinguishing guests.

Our unit is located on the east corner of the building with a panoramic view of the gulf shore.

The living room and master bedroom open onto the post free, Gulf front balcony. The queen bedroom has a private balcony on the bay side of the building with views of the gulf coast and the bay.

The third bedroom contains a pair of twin beds to accommodate two more members of your family or group. And the sleeper sofa in the living room will allow as many as eight people to enjoy their vacation at Tidewater. Each of the three bedrooms has private access to a bathroom. Each bedroom offers a television and a DVD player or VCR.

When you arrive at Tidewater, the covered entry leads you to the lobby where you will find two elevators. Luggage carts are located in the storage closet off the lobby to help you settle into your vacation home. During your visit to the Gulf, you can use the stairway for quick access to your second floor condo.

After passing through the lobby, you will encounter the outdoor pool and the boardwalk leading to the beach beyond. The indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise room are adjacent to the outdoor pool.

If you must check in with your office, at least you can take advantage of our free high-speed (256K) internet connection (not to mention great views out the window or from the balcony).

The Tidewater building provides easy access to all that the Gulf Shore has to offer. You will be located directly across the street from Zeke's Landing (and Marina) and near numerous other restaurants and shops.

The Gulf Shores State Park is only a few miles away. Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge is also easily accessible. Several amusement and water parks are nearby for your whole family’s enjoyment. A dozen golf courses in the general area provide a variety of settings and challenges.

  • Charcoal BBQ Grill (2) : Two charcoal grills are located outside on a patio next to our condo building.
  • Deck/Patio (2) : There is a large deck that surrounds the pool. In addition, there is a patio area near the charcoal grills wtih two stone picnic tables to enjoy your burgers, dogs, and steaks!
  • Balcony (2) : Gulf-front balcony spans the living room and the master bedroom. A second balcony is attached to the queen bedroom with views of both the gulf and the bay.

  • Beachfront: The Tidewater building is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. You have wonderful, panoramic views of the gulf from our east-corner unit. In addition, you have great views to the east, including a view of the boats leaving the Perdido Pass (half a mile to the east).
• Communications
  • Telephone (3) : Telephone in the kitchen, king bedroom, and queen bedroom.
  • Broadband Internet: Free High-Speed Internet through our cable wiring. Features an "always-on" ethernet connection with extension cable that reaches balcony, living, dining, breakfast bar, and master bedroom.
• Suitability
  • No Pets Allowed: Unfortunately, our condo association does not allow guests to bring their pets.
  • Handicapped Accessible: Elevator access from the lobby to all floors.
  • Wheelchair Accessible: Elevator access from the lobby to all floors. Hallway entering unit has two 45 degree turns. Doors are standard 32" units.
  • Kid Friendly: Our children visit the condo with us, and we maintain a condo that is comfortable for families with children.
  • Smoking Not Allowed: To keep our unit enjoyable for all guests, smoking in not allowed inside our condo. Smoking is allowed on the balcony with the doors closed, or in outdoor areas around the building.
