The Oceanwalk Resort has a gated entrance, professionally landscaped grounds, two lighted tennis courts, lighted basketball hoop, two heated pools, heated poolside spas, covered patio area surrounding pools, barbecue area, two shuffleboard courts, dry sauna, putting green, fire pit, kayaking, and bocce court. Two beautiful clubhouses with social areas, kitchens, restrooms, fitness facilities and free wifi access. The 2 mile boardwalk on the property winds through a nature preserve providing an ample opportunity for wildlife viewing and bird watching.
Our unit is the largest Oceanwalk Floorplan (except for the Penthouse)! and is an award Winning, Three Bedroom, Two Bathroom Condominium, with almost 2000 sqf and three balconies (only ends unit have extra balcony) Oceanwalk complex has won the local builder's showcase first place award for the past 7 years.
Our condo has a spa inspired décor to give that 'south beach' feel and is spacious, warm and fully equipped (including washer and dryer), surrounded by windows and balconies on three sides. The master suite has a queen bed with private balcony, bath with shower and two person jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has twin beds, and the third bedroom has a queen and its own balcony. For your comfort and convenience, our condo is smoke-free and pet-free.
There are televisions in every bedroom and a 42' plasma with DVD and stereo system in the living room. The kitchen is spectacular and fully equipped with the latest appliances and everything necessary to make your stay comfortable and exceptional..even beach chairs, beach umbrella and two bicycles for your outdoor enjoyment. A parking garage accessed by remote opener and a roof deck that provides views of the estuary, ocean and shuttle launches completes the list of features our condo has to offer.
New Smyrna Beach is known for their quaint cafes, numerous antique shops, plentiful shopping opportunities and earned the distinction of being named one of the '100 Best Small Art Towns in America' & 'One of the Top 10 Beaches' by the Orlando sentinel.
-Golf - for the golf enthusiast there are many area golf courses. Try out the 18 hole Municipal Golf Course, Hidden Lakes or Turnbull Bay Golf Course, or play the 27 holes at Sugar Mill Country Club, a Joe Lee designed championship course. Many more excellent courses are nearby.
-Canaveral National Seashore Park (3 miles away) with its 57,000 acres including more beaches, backwaters for kayaking and fishing, nature walks, boat trips, etc.
-Smyrna Dunes Park, located on the most northern tip of the peninsula. It is a pristine, 73 acre park with five ecosystems, ocean, river, dunes, scrub and saltwater marsh.

What can we say, it was perfect!!!! really what you would expect when you want to be "on vacation"- very bright, perfectly clean with everything you can ask for and then some. With the open concept, beach themed colors and accent pieces throughout it is a decorators dream and obviously meant to appeal to those who appreciate the best. About the owner: We are a Canadian couple who have decided, after years of traveling to different resorts and different countries, that it was time to put roots down in New Smyrna beach and call this, our home away from home
