  Great condo. It was just like the pictures and was very clean and maintained with plenty of sheets, towels, beach stuff, etc to use. The balcony over looks the ocean and pool with great views. The kitchen has everything you need to eat in if you want too. We used the gas grill several nights. The pool is clean and warm. Owner called to make sure we got in ok. Within walking distance from Johns Pass, restaurants and shopping. Just one warning, watch out for the stingrays in the ocean. My 5 year old daughter was stung by one, very painful. The beach was very beautiful.This was our first family vacation and we had a great time. I would definately recommend this condo.

  I loved Glenda's condo; this is the first time I've ever been away from work for 2 weeks and "what a difference!". The first week a friend came down and we did very little (except walk on the beach and go out to dinner!). The second week my daughter, grandaughter and her friend came down and AGAIN we experience the most wonderful seafood restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. We went to visit "Winter" in Clearwater and to Bradenton to watch the Pgh. Pirates play. I'll be back next year!

  We had the opportunity to spend a week in this perfectly located condo in Madeira beach. The condo has all the commodities along with a great view of the beach's sunsets. It made for a very relaxing time with rollerblading opportunities a couple of miles away.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  We stayed at Glenda's lovely condo over our Easter break and had a wonderful relaxing time. The condo itself is spacious, beautifully updated and very clean. The view of the Gulf from the ample balcony is spectacular! We walked down the beach to John's Pass and enjoyed the unique atmosphere. The Chambre itself was peaceful and well kept and the pool was never really crowded. Glenda is a pleasure to rent from, she is professional and made me feel right at home. All in all, we had a super time and I would highly recommend her condo!

  THIS WINTER WAS OUR SECOND STAY AT THE CHAMBRE WITH OUR SON AND DAUGHTER IN LAW. GREAT VIEW OF THE GULF & THE BEAUTIFUL SUNSET FROM THE BALCONY. ALSO NICE TO WAKE UP AND SEE DOLPHINS PLAYING IN THE SHALLOW WATER JUST A FEW YARDS FROM THE SHORE (TWICE DURING OUR 2 W EEKS). LOVELY DINING AND SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM. TASTEFULLY DECORATED. GOOD SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY. GREAT BEDS FOR SLEEPING. WE'LL BE BACK AGAIN

  excellent condo all you need for a lovely beach holiday . The condo has two bedrooms both lovely furnished, bright and clean plenty of sheets, towels etc to use. The lounge area over looks the sea , furnished lovely two sofas and a couple of very nice chairs, large dinning table able to seat 6 very comfortable. The kitchen has everything to need to be able to eat in if you want too again very clean. The balcony has stunning views of the beach and pool. The pool is fantastic very warm, clean the poolman comes to maintain it most days to ensure its kept up to scratch which is very reasuring. The maintainance guy is very helpful, kepts the place looking good all the time. We have found the people who live a the chambre very friendly and helpful. Owner is at the end of the phone incase of any problems. Would return to his condo no doubt as it is one of the best we have stayed in.

  We loved our week at this unit! It's beautiful, a south-facing-corner unit, with window views of the pool from most rooms, nicely furnished, well-equipped kitchen. We especially appreciated that the owners do not force renters to throw out usable, non-perishable food items and beach equipment. We had to purchase very little beach "stuff" while there, and what we did need to buy, we left for the next group! The Chambre` exceeded our expectations, with a beautiful pool and spa, nice gas grill, designated parking, elevator, and beautiful beach...all shared with only 25 units! The maintenance person was friendly and helpful, and knew absolutely everybody! The owner answered all our little questions, we didn't have to worry about picking up a key from an office, and deposits and payment were easy, too! We've rented in several places in Mad Beach, and own a timeshare down the road. This is by far the nicest privately owned unit we've rented. The pictures don't do it justice, it's a lot nicer and better updated than it looks in the photos. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

  What a great vacation place! We had fantastic views from the corner balcony and could easily walk to John's Pass. Took a dolphin watching boat trip one day - great fun! Will be back next year!
