Beautiful sunsets and star-filled nights or dolphin watching can be enjoyed from the walkout balcony. Our corner unit has floor-to-ceiling windows on the south, with sliding glass door to the balcony that extends your enjoyment of the beach and the sound of the waves.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with newer bedding, the guest bedroom has two twins, the queen-size sofa in the living room makes a bed. Our unit has ceramic tile in the kitchen, dining room and entry hall. Carpet in the living room and bedrooms. The guest bath has an updated step in ceramic shower. Our third floor 1200 square foot condominium is just steps from the elevator or stairs.
We update our second home as needed.
