Large (1,1332 square feet/1052 square meters) one bedroom, king bed, two bath Grand Master Suite in the top rated luxury residential resort. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open onto the large private balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean and resort’s private beach and swimming pools.
The master bedroom with king bed, dressing area, and very large master bath can be closed off from the rest of the unit. The bedroom has a separate air conditioning zone with its own adjustable thermostat. A queen Murphy bed is in the dining area and the second full bathroom is a few steps away. Luxury linens and towels are provided along with daily housekeeping service.
Fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for 'at home' meals. Breakfast, lunch & dinner are available at La Roca, Grand Solmar's restaurant; or, try the nine others at Solmar's nearby properties which are a short walk or shuttle ride away. You can also choose from many other dining options at the nearby marina and downtown with shopping, entertainment and other plentiful activities.
Golfers can chose from at least a dozen world class courses designed by top course architects.

About the owner: We live in Chicago and first went to the Los Cabos area in 2005 for a friend's birthday celebration. We always knew that we would return and we did! The opportunity at Grand Solmar was for us the perfect choice. Carol is an artist and photographer, so the scenic desert and trips to Todos Santos please her. Robert, who works with Indian Tribes, likes Todos Santos, but a book on the balcony listening to the waves, that is heaven!
Why the Owner Chose Grand Solmar:
We enjoy the Los Cabos area which is friendly and safe. Great weather, fabulous food and easy to get around town. We bought a fractional ownership at Grand Solmar because it is very luxurious and is a short walk to the marina and downtown Cabo San Lucas. Grand Solmar's location on a private road and beach keeps it from being crowded with throngs of people just passing through.
