Do you have a large group looking for a great Townhome? This tasteful, newly renovated, mountain decor 4 Bedroom/3 bath townhome in Mammoth Lakes California is it! This unit is located right on the Winter Red Line Shuttle route and just a short walk to shopping, dining and theaters. Evenings can be spent around the fireplace watching television and movies or listening to music. Meals can be prepared in the kitchen and served hot at the breakfast bar or dining table. A spa, sauna, and laundry facilities round out this mountain side, restful location. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Approx 1900 sq ft; with 2 parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. You will be glad you chose this one! Living room : Flatscreen TV/VCR/DVD/CD, kitchen, dining, woodstove, full bath and deck. Master bedroom: King bed. Bedroom #2: Queen bed (TV) and shared full bath. Bedroom #3: 2 Twin beds and shared full bath. Bedroom #4: 2 sets of bunk beds = (2 Twins, 2 Doubles), TV and shared full bath. Maximum Occupancy: 8. Our calendar is updated in real time. PLEASE NOTE: There may be construction in and around this complex during the Summer. This may include but not limited to deck repairs, roof replacement and repairs. A fishing reunion

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Older place but very clean. Only 2 parking spots for 4 visitors all from different locations beds were comfortable.

Everything was great except for the bed bugs which one of us got severe allergic reaction from and we’re still waiting to hear back from them on protocol.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was perfect. Had a great time. They have a mouse who has made the upstairs his home. City was way busier then normal and a little crazy. Overall though we had a great time as usual.
