We have been visiting the seaside/seagrove area for many years now and have always had a great experience. Until this time. When we rented we were specifically told that the condo had wifi, it does not! My husband nearly lost his job as he missed many meetings and deadlines before finally getting on a plane and flying home after 2 days. As you can imagine that was very distressing for our whole family, my boys and I had to stay for the remainder of the week without him. There is not even so much as a decent frying pan in this condo. We had to eat out for every meal!! The realtor was right across the street and we went over when we discovered that there was no wifi and they kept promising to figure it out. Blaming a staff member for giving us the false info to make the sale. When my husband had to leave they promised that they would reimburse us for our messed up vacation. Every time I called I was told that they were working on it. The lady in the office kept saying she was trying to contact her manager. It was all a bunch of lies. We will never rent from these realtors again. I cant remember their names but if you call up this listing you will soon find out.
