Gorgeous, beautifully-appointed 1912 Craftsman bungalow in the premiere walking district of Seattle - theaters, restaurants, shopping and more shopping, parks and trails for walking and biking; close to bus lines to downtown Seattle, the Seattle Art Museum and Seattle Center and the Sound Transit trains; near the tulip fields and ferries to the San Juan Islands and historic areas north of Seattle; Mt. Rainier and Mount St. Helens are a day-trip; quiet, residential neighborhood with plenty of street parking. Relax on the outside patio for some quiet time, enjoy a short walk to one of the neighborhood theaters or restaurants (sushi, Italian, Japanese, Thai, vegetarian, fusion, pizza, etc., etc.). About the owner: I live in the main part of this house - renting out the two separate apartments. I enjoy meeting new people and take great pleasure in being able to share this part of the country with others. There's so much to do here you'll have to come back time and time again to see it all. Check out my other property, same location - 352393.

Why the Owner Chose Wallingford:
I bought my house in 1987. Once I toured this neighborhood, I knew it was for me. The downstairs apartment was part of the house when I moved in - and has provided opportunity for 'sharing the wealth' all these years. It was fully remodeled approximately 6 years ago to my specifications; a lovely space.

You'll be able to look out the back kitchen window at the lovely garden, enjoy the planter boxes that surround the window, enjoy a quiet and peaceful sleep in the bedroom or living room, enjoy the bright sun, walk to the park across the street.
