  I loved every minute of my stay at The Nolobi apartment. Everything exceeded my expectations, the apartment was so clean and quiet and beautifully decorated. It was so comfortable and felt like home, the Nespresso machine was so nice to have, eliminating the need to rush out the door for coffee every morning. Veronica was the perfect host, always readily available to help with anything you might possibly need. The worst part was having to leave early because of a family emergency, but hoping to visit The Nolobi sometime very soon.

  My husband and I stayed in the Nolobi apartment for 6 nights. We were looking for something in South Beach, close to the beach, close to shops, restaurants and bars, but quiet enough that we could catch up on some sleep! The apartment was perfect! We would thoroughly recommend the apartment to friends and family. Firstly, the apartment itself - a great location - a few mins walk to everything we wanted, but lovely and quiet. A little bit of luxury - the apartment was spotless, good layout and there are lots of little touches that make your holiday so easy! Examples are the beach towels, beach bag, lovely coffee machine, walk in wardrobe/storage area and everything you would need in a kitchen to cook a full meal..or just heat up your leftovers that are too good to leave behind from one of the nearby restaurants. We felt at home immediately and it is obvious from the little touches that the apartment is very well cared for. The owners were extemely helpful - giving us advice on how to get from airport to the apartment, where to park our hire-car, where to eat, where to get groceries. They were available for us to call if we needed anything at all during our stay. We loved Miami Beach - our favourite things were morning runs (or walks - depending on the amount of cocktails the night before!) along the beach, Art-deco hotel gazing, sampling the local restaurants - Tap Tap was our favourite, shopping and a trip over to Miami downtown to the theatre. It's a great destination for a relaxing few days and the apartment offered that little piece of luxury and peace and quiet that we were looking for. We will definitely visit again.

  I'm jealous about the fact that other people will occupy the wonderful apartment in which I felt like at home! Everything was simply perfect: location (5 minutes walk from Ocean drive), cleanness, furniture (brandnew and fully equipped),... Ther's nothing missing there: lovely Vero(the owner) thinks about everything and welcomes you at best giving you a lot of important advices! It was the first time in Miami and me and my husband (30yeards old) had a great time also thanks to the accomodation.. I still miss Miami and the apartment. I can assure that it is the best solution to enjoy your vacation.... Hope to come back soon, no doubt about whic will be the accomodation!!! Claudia Italy

  Some of you don't like to read long reviews so this is what you need to know: -The apartment is very new and looks exactly like the pictures promoting the property. -Great location: beach, nightlife, restaurants, supermarket, Starbucks is all within a walking distance. Bus that takes you everywhere is one block away. -Veronica is an excellent host. She was always available and very helpful (she over exceeded a standard expectation). If you don't know anything about Miami, just grab her recommendation notebook, it's all there. Great restaurant recommendations. -Highlights: The 2 big HD tv (living room and bedroom), fully equipped kitchen and nice shower. -I would definitively return to this property.

  Veronica could not have been a better host in such beautiful place. She had stocked the fridge for us and had did some other favors for us that a lot of owners would have said no to. All I have to say is that if you want an amazing place in South Beach with an awesome host look no further this place is for you! Thanks Veronica, Matt.

  Checked in for 4 nights and I must say everything was spectacular. The apartment is brand new and had every amenity you need for a great stay. The building itself of very clean and quit and the apartment has everything that is discribed in the listing. Veronica the owner is great and just a phone call away if you need anything. Overall I would rate this as the best place reito stay on the beach and it will be my first choice whenever I return. Thanks Veronica!

  We just came back from a lovely, one month vacation in Miami beach. We found this property on VRBO and decided to rent it for the month, the pictures looked lovely and Veronica, the owner, was very helpful and her resposes were always prompt. When we arrived we were so pleased with this property and its location. The entire building was restored and looked perfect, we were right in the hearth of the art deco district of Miami Beach just a 5 min walk to the beach. A large Publix supermarket was also located walking distance. The apartment looked brand new, so tastefully decorated and furnished that makes you feel so welcome every time you came home from a day at the beach or sight seeying. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you need to cook any type of meal. We loved the harwood floors, the large shower, the two large tv sets.   My son and I spent 5 nights in this lovely apt called "Nolobi". We were in town to search for a place for my son to live while he attends UM. It was our first visit to Miami. Veronica, the owner, was so helpful. She was not just only interested in renting us an apt, she was also interested in our endeavor. She gave us such useful information and even put us in contact with a wonderful realtor who helped us find the perfect place for our son. Nobli was the perfect place for us to stay during our visit. It's in a great location (short walk to everything) and immaculate...two things that are very important to us. The photos and description are very accurate. Everything is new and modern. We loved the big windows in the living area and in the bedroom that let in the beautiful Miami sunlight! Veronica thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable, all the amenities you will need for a relaxing, fun vacation or business stay. The rental process was easy. Undeniably the apt is beautiful and accomodating, but what impressed us the most was the service the owner happily provided. She is very thoughtful, friendly and professional and provided excellent communication before and during our stay. At arrival, she welcomed us and gave us suggestions for dining, shopping and things to do. Veronica provided her cell #, telling us to call if we needed anything...service that you don't get at a hotel! We were very pleased with our choice for "a home away from home" and we think you would be too!

  After December 2009 my wife and I spent our second holidays in Miami Beach. Prior to that we searched the internet in detail for a nice apartment to stay. This extravagant, quiet and cozy apartment catches our eyes immediately. Everything was as described here and the owners are very kind and courteous. For example the washer and dryer WITHIN the apartment (and not outside) are very convenient. Also nothing is missing in the kitchen, you can even find an electric juice squezzer and separate mixer. The whole interior is high class and very cozy. The apartment is near Washington Ave, Collins Ave and famous Ocean Drive; 5 to 10 minute walk. The beach is just a few steps away. Nevertheless it is very quiet. We really enjoyed our two weeks here and would come back.

  This apartment has everything you need for vacations in South Beach. Located a couple of blocks from Collins, Ocean Drive and the Beach, also walking distance to Española Way, Lincoln Road, you can avoid spending money on car rentals or even taxis. Modern, deco, comfortable with ammenities like the Nespresso machine, two BiG HD Tv´s with blu-ray movies and books to enjoy, EVERYTHING IS NEW!!! and very, very CLEAN. The owner gave us excellent and super personalized customer service, something that you will never get in a Miami Hotel. I will definetely recommend this apartment to my friends and family. VERY ROMANTIC PLACE! PERFECT FOR COUPLES!

  what can I say! this apartment was just wonderful! I went there for ultra week with my girlfriends and we had THE most amazing time. The nolobi was just the perfect place where to be, close to everything we needed! we found the apartment extremely clean and equipped with really everything. it's so close to the beach and extremely quiet as well. Also Veronique was very helpful and always available to make sure our vacation was just perfect. I will definitely come back next year. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a glamorous amazing vacation on south beach! Couldn't have asked for more!

  We were lucky enough to be the first guests to stay in this newly renovated apartment (March 2011). We had a wonderful stay, with the apartment very spacious and very well equipped. Vernoica was incredibly helpful stocking the kitchen with some food and drink and offering to collect us from the airport. We would most definately return next time we're in SoBe.
