  Had a very nice trip to St. Augustine Beach! Ruth & Sam's condo was beautiful!! The best I've ever stayed in while vacationing! The weather wasn't the best but will definitely try again hopefully this summer!!

  Hi, Sam and Ruth. We spent a lovely week at your condo right on St. Augustine beach. The apartment had every comfort we needed for a relaxing week of R&R. It was so well supplied and I really appreciated that since we had arrived after attending a hectic conference. We loved having breakfast on the balcony. The beach chairs, towels and umbrella were great for spending time at the beach; we saw dolphins, pelicans and shrimp boats go by. We walked all the way to the pier and back one morning! Your condo's location is so convenient to everything we wanted: golf courses, groceries, shopping outlets and restaurants. The brochures and info you provided were great reference points for us. We spent a day in old St. Augustine and had a yummy lunch of fresh grilled shrimp on St. George Street. We went to "Salt Water Cowboys" for a sunset drink and dinner one evening -- it's just down the street from the apartment. It was a thoroughly enjoyable vacation and we hope to visit you again soon.   From the time we got up in the morning to watch the sun come up on the patio (even when it only winked at us through the clouds) to the time we took our chairs to the beach to enjoy the evening, our vacation at Ruth and Sam's lovely condo was wonderful. We had every convenience to make our stay comfortable. The welcoming fruit provided by Ruth and Sam made us feel welcom from the very moment of our arrival. Our visit to St. Augustine and the World Golf Hall of Fame was great. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone considering a trip to the area. It will be everything you think it is going to be.   Our stay was fantastic. We stayed here for our 35th wedding anniversary. Sam and Ruth were great. They had us snacks and fruits and even had a vase of flowers. This was so fitting since we celebrated our anniversary here. The condo was so clean and the beach was so large and beautiful. We definitely want to visit and stay here again.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

  We had the best time staying at Sam & Ruth's condo! They were so helpful and very friendly and we loved the fresh fruit basket they gave us upon arrival. The view was awesome and the condo was immaculate. Everything we needed was there from kitchen supplies to the chairs/towels to take to the beach and it made it so nice! You're very close to all the attractions and downtown St. Augustine. The beach is so beautiful, which we spent most of our days there picking up seashells and relaxing. It was a great week of vacation for our family and we would definately stay here again! Thanks again Sam & Ruth :)

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We have a wonderful ocean view, just steps from the ocean pool and walkway to an awesome wide white sandy beach (a wonderful walking beach) for playing in the sun or just relaxing under our umbrellas with your favorite book.The nation's oldest city, St. Augustine, is minutes away with its many places to explore and wonderful restaurants. Our condo is actually a great "getaway" any time of the year!

  The condo did more than match the description. It was great. The grounds and property were well maintained, and close to restauramts and downtown. We would recommend this condo and property to anyone.

  The owners personally greeted us upon our arrival with warm smiles, a tour of the condo and a fruit basket. Not only was the condo in immaculate condition (super clean!), they provided us with detergents, soaps and all the kitchen incidentals we could possibly use during our stay. I could actually relax and didn't have to run to the store right away to get the family set up. The location is close to the unheated pool (there are two pools!) and the beach. The complex grounds are well-kept and the other visitors were polite and friendly. The owners provided us with beach towels, beach toys and skim boards etc. My children had a lovely time and were sad to leave. We enjoyed the visiting historic St. Augustine, the Castillo de San Marco and several restaurants (Gas Full Service Restaurant was awesome!). There is a weekend farmer's market right up the road as well as an amphitheater (Martina McBride performed while we were there) and an Alligator Farm. We hope to return to St. Augustine for another visit in the future.

  The listing description was very accurate regarding the location, and the listing photos accurately reflected the rental's true appearance and amenities. A beautiful condo. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The pool was great, the view was excellent. The owner was very helpful in answering questions, gave us a lot of good info as to what was available to do. PS. The "Black Molly" was a good place to eat.
