This was home base for family from overseas visiting Santa Barbara during my wedding and it was an absolutely perfect property for us. The house is large with many compartmentalized rooms offering great flexibility for multiple families/couples to stay and not be on top of one another. The outside is wonderful with two dining areas and spectacular ocean views. The large kichen, living room and formal dining room make this a wonderful home away from home! This is a quiet neighborhood with great places to walk around.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

from $2,000 to $2,500 per week from $6,500 to $7,500 per month Minimum stay is 6 days 12% city bed tax for stay less than one month. Prices for Thanksgiving and Christmas are higher $1,500 security deposit SPECIAL discount from any rental over 3 weeks in September till mid October.

About the owner: We have been living in Santa Barbara since 1995 and raised 3 daughters here. The youngest is going to college. We decided to travel and are happy to rent our house to people who like the old Santa Barbara charm.
Why the Owner Chose Upper Riviera:
We love this house because it is near the city, has a great view and we are high enough to be over the fog in June and July.

Great view of the Channel Islands. Proximity to Downtown and the Beaches. 2 houses separated us from the El Encanto Hotel which reopened after renovations and feature now a full spa. On request we can arrange access to the Tennis Club of Santa Barbara, a 5 minutes ride from the house. The Tennis club has a heated swimming pool, Gym and tennis courts.
