  Another wonderful, relaxing month at Sanibel! This is our third time to experience the wonderful hospitality of the owner, who tries his hardest to accommodate his guests, and to make their time in the condo enjoyable. Marvelous views, comfortable surroundings, every amenity possible (including 5 TV's). Heated pool, hot tub, fitness room, directly on the beach! Condo was immaculate on entry; photos accurate but really can't totally represent the views , both Eastern and Southern, that are presented. Unending surf, wonderful sunrises, lots of good restaurants in the area. Looking forward to returning next March!

  What a great place to stay for our family. It was so close to so many attractions and yet in an area that was so quiet and peaceful at night. We were able to walk to many of the places we visited. There was a mini golf course very close that was fun to play and we had a wonderful evening on the nearby pier. Ponce Inlet Lighthouse was also fairly close and a great place to visit. The condo was so spacious and the layout was perfect. Having full sized beds in the third bedroom (instead of twin beds) put this place over the top. The closet space was just unbelievable and there were many beach items in the front storage area that made beach going fun and easy. Even when it rained, we enjoyed our time inside playing games and just chilling out. It's truly a wonderful place! I would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends.

  We go to Florida almost every winter but this was the first time that we stayed in a condo through HomeAway. My sister and my own family have a total of eight people (3 teenagers + one girl at 5) but we all fit in the roomy condo comfortably, with convenience and sufficient privacy---the main bed room with the ocean view and the other two bed rooms are far apart. The living room and kitchen are spacious too. Gym, spa & swimming pool are right in the same property. I wish we could stay there longer next time.

  Thank you so much for letting my family rent your place and working with us on such short notice. Your place is definately breath taking. We couldn't of asked for more. The veiws from all rooms are just amazing. And the secureness we felt staying their was very comforting. Although the Hurricane hit towards the end of the week it did not even ruin our stay. We did move the patio furniture inside when we departed on saturday. We will definately be contacting you soon to reserve both of our vacations for 2013. God Bless, The Schweigers

  The sign in the hall says "Welcome to Paradise" and this truly is it. Wether it is the large, clean, luxurious condo, the phenomenal ocean views and perfect location or the kindest most honest owner we have ever worked with, you will absolutely love this place. There are so many places to dine, and see and do you will never be bored. It is very accessible for elderly and handicapped, with ramps every where. We can not wait to return. Thank you Gerald for a wonderful 2 weeks, it was truly amazing. Our only wish is we could give you 10 stars.

  At first we thought this was just to good to be true, but were we ever wrong! We've rented many times thru vrbo/homeaway but never anything as nice as this. We definitely were given a "bang for our buck" by Dr. Gayah! It is clean, spacious and comfortable. Our two children and their spouses met us there and were delighted to both have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. We all had our privacy as well as family areas to watch football games (5 TV's) and play cards together. The view from the inside is just as spectacular as from the large balcony. The sunsets were amazing and we were lucky enough to be there at the full moon making the evenings on the balcony even more special. The security at the condo is very tight, door codes at all entrances, so we felt extra safe. We enjoyed buying delicious shrimp seafood market nearby, under the Port Orange Bridge, and boiling it ourselves. We ate at restaruants, also under the bridge and on the pier within walking distance. We always like to go to the inlet and watch the fishing boats come in with their catch about 4pm. But the highlight of the trip was going to the boardwalk and riding the scary rides - what a thrill!

  This is by far the best kept, cleanest and most upscale place I have stayed! Beautiful Tommy Bahama Style furnishings, top of the line granite kitchen with only the best appliances...This is a corner unit so nice and bright and forever views from almost every room! Everyone will love this place! The owner is fast responding and always concerned your stay will be most enjoyable.

  We had a wonderful time on our recent family vacation. There was plenty of room in the beautiful condo for our whole family and the views and furnishings were outstanding. Getting to the beach was so convenient and we really enjoyed having the family, no drive beach for the children. I would highly recommend for a great vacation location with the lighthouse nearby and "old" Daytona beach just a fun trolley ride away. The owner was easy to work with and everything was as promised. thanks again.

  We all had a great vacation at the condo that we rented. It was luxurious, spacious and had everything and more that we have at home. We found the condo very clean on arrival which was a priority for us. The view was beautiful and everything looked just as it was described on-line. We would highly recommend this unit to all who are interested - good deal - good price.

  To say the least we loved this condo. There is plenty of room. The bedrooms are large so you have room to move and plenty of storage for your clothes.All the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all a cook needs. The dining room fit us all. The living room with has really comfy seats. The master bedroom perfect. The masterbath is all as said. Now to the views. PERFECT. You can see the ocean from all rooms. Cooking in the kitchen and looking at the ocean was wonderful. My husbands favorite spot was on the great patio. You are feet from the no drive and a lifeguard is near. You have to go to the pier right down the beach and have a meal at Crabby Joe's. We loved this place and really plan to return soon. Thanks Gerald you were great to work with.
