My family and I spent a wonderful week relaxing and taking in all the sights. The view was amazing and the kids loved the beach. The Condo was lovely and very clean. We had a great time staying here. Thanks, Cindy for being a great host and adding little extra's to make our stay so comfortable.

Cindy met us at the condo and had everything clean and ready to go for us. She had the little extras for us. Detergent, toliet tissue, extra paper towels and even fresh flowers along with a goodie basket for us. She tried to make everything very special for our stay. And she succeded in making our stay the best ever. The view was spectacular and it is a small piece of natures heaven. Thanks Cindy so much for everything, you are a special person to care about your quests and not just the rental part of your condo. Thanks Laura Bowling Green, Ky.

Right on the Gulf with excellent view of the beautiful water and white sand. Condo has everything you could possibly need plus lots of little extra touches to make you feel welcome and pampered!! It was so clean and smelled wonderful. We loved it!!! Ruth Anne and Carla from Arkansas

Wow, we are very thankful to have stayed at a great condo on the beach. The view was wonderful and all the extras in the condo made it very comfortable. The owners’ personal touches and friendliness as we checked in was such a blessing. Even the other guests were very friendly. We do hope to be back and thank God for allowing us to go.

My mother and I decided to come down for a girls' week and stayed here June 14-21 and it was beautiful! Cindy, you made everything so easy from our check in to our check out, and all of the little surprise welcome touches were greatly appreciated! The condo is truly "a little piece of paradise"! The moment you walk in, you can look down the hallway and see straight out onto the beach and ocean. So Peaceful! The condo is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, linens - bring your clothes and your food and you are good to go! Beach service was great. Nice big umbrella and chairs already set up for you, and if you go out in the evening after beach service is ended, there are very comfortable beach chairs in the condo that are easy to take down to the beach. We saw dolphins every day and had wonderful weather. Location wise, it's really in a great place. The condo itself is right on the beach, but very close to the Destin Bridge. To get into Destin took less than 10-15 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend staying here. It was my first beach vacation in probably 15 years, and it was wonderful! Thank you Cindy and Mark for letting us stay at Island Sands! Hopefully we'll get to come back next year!

A perfect Florida Gulf Coast accommodation. Beach not crowded, quiet building, beautiful view of the water,a hostess that pays attention to the "comforts of home" details, top notch. The best ! The condo smelled wonderful !

We found this condo on VRBO, booked it and stayed for six days at the end of August and over Labor Day. We were so very pleased with everything. The owner's person greeting and orientation to the condo helped make for a great stay. We were able to entertain several friends for dinner. We just browsed the internet and found this great place. We stayed three nights and loved every minute of the stay. The view is excellent and we would highly recommend Cindy and Mark's place. Cindy was there at check-in and made sure we had everything we needed. It is unusual to have the owner greet you at the door with the key. The best place we have stayed on the beach!

Cindy is an excellent host! The condo was beautiful and much prettier than the pictures show. From the moment you walk in, the view was breathtaking. This was definitely the best view we have ever had of the beach and ocean. We enjoyed eating out on the balcony and listening to the waves. The location is perfect and convenient to all of the restaurants and activities in the area. Cindy makes sure you have all of the extra items you need and makes you feel at home. We highly recommend this condo!

Our stay was short and sweet thanks to HURRICAN DENNIS!!! We were only able to stay one night at there beautiful condo. Cindy Day is a sweet and wonderful person. She made sure that our night stay was a joyful one. Cindy gladly refunded our money due to the Hurricane. We will be back next year to try it a gain. Thanks alot Cindy for your hospitality. Out of all the condos we looked at on the web, this was the perfect place. It had the great view and was perfect for the 4 of us. It was very homey and Cyndi was great. It has just about anything you could possibly need. We would definitely use the place again!

We recently stayed at this lovely condo, and the balcony view of the ocean was absolutely beautiful! We had a wonderful time! The owner was extremely nice and accommodating. The whole complex was very well kept.

This condo was fantastic! We recently stayed one week and loved every minute of it. The view was terrific and everything was so clean and comfortable. The owners were so very thoughtful, providing lots of helpful extras- guest book, recommended restaurants, coupons for attractions, etc. The pool and grounds were great too- clean and well-kept. I loved the location too- near to attractions and shopping but not too busy. When it was time to go home, we didn't want to leave!

We had a great time while we stayed at this condo. The view was great we watched the dolphins every morning. The condo was very clean and had everything we need to make us feel at home. Cindy Day the owner is a very nice person and she made our stay even better by being so caring by leaving us cupons to different places and information on great places to eat. We recently stayed in this unit for a week. We watched dolphins from the balcony. The view was breathtaking. The owners of this unit are great people and were very sweet and helpful to make our vacation a great one (recommended restraunts, left information for us on things to do and even provided discount coupons for some of the things we wanted to do). I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants to spend time on the beautiful beaches of Florida!
