  This vacation home is located in a quiet,well maintained, development close to the Disney Parks.It was very clean, well furnished,and well maintained. The kids spent many hours playing in the pool. would recommend this home to families looking for a place close to Disney.

  We (2 couples) have stayed at this home for 2 years and have loved it. It is very clean. We really appreciate the bedrooms. They were basically the same size with the same sized bathrooms. One had a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. The beds were very comfortable. In other homes that we have stayed in, there was only one large master bedroom and the other one was much smaller. The garage is available for parking in which we also appreciated. The kitchen, with a nice pantry, and the laundry were also very clean and handy. Another plus is that it is located on the east side of I-4 and it is close to a lot of good restaurants, Target and Publix. The owner lived a few houses away which was nice if we had any problems or questions. He was very accommodating.

  Our family of 6 had to travel to Disney for a tournament over the holidays. This was our first experience with VRBO. From start to finish it was a fantastic experience. The owner could not have been more helpful. The home and pool were perfect: extremely clean and comfortable. The beds and linens seemed brand new. The house had all the amenities we needed and more. The owner and prior renters had left many supplies available for our use. We cooked dinner every night and could not have asked for a nicer kitchen. The neighborhood was clean, quiet and residential. It was extremely convenient to grocery stores and Disney. The owner even put up a decorated Christmas tree for us which was so nice for the kids. We had a great vacation in this home and would highly recommend it to a large family, two small families or a family and grandparents.

  We were satisfied to see the property clean and well maintained. The description was accurate and the location was good. Owner was very helpful answering all questions and looking up some information to get best value for the park tickets as well. The amenities were great and all the family members appreciated the stay. We went for dinner at Olive Garden and Golden Corral which was near by and very convenient and enjoyable. The Cypress lake Airboat ride and Gatorland park were two attractions we enjoyed besides Disney Parks and Universal Studios.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  Writing this review on the last full day before we leave to return home from a fantastic week at this property. Traveling with extended family; mother in law, father in law, brother in law, niece, wife, and 2 daughters and were VERY comfortable in this property. We are aged from 65 down to 4 years old and all had a great time. Brand new gas grill (that I plan to use this afternoon!), poncho's to use, beach towels; everything that you could think of needing. Close to parks and shopping but at the same time a nice quiet area. We've stayed inside Disney, to condo's, to Windsor Hills (right next door) and definitely will plan to stay at this property again in the future. Only good thing to say about this property. Great location, great price. Highly recommend to everyone!
