  We stayed in the apartment for a week (with three kids) and had a wonderful time all around! The place is centrally located and well-appointed.

  For our week in Paris we were looking for an apartment with space for four women where we wouldn't be tripping over suitcases and each other. Was this an incredible find! Not only did we have more than enough room, the space was beautifully decorated, had wi-fi, a great espresso maker, lots of dishes and stemware, etc. The location was outstanding with great neighborhood food shops a couple of blocks away, some very good restaurants not much further than that, plus it was within walking distance to the Louvre, the Seine and Notre Dame and so many more of the treasures of the city. Our genial hosts Antoine and Patricia met us when we arrived and gave us a quick rundown on the apartment and neighborhood. Patricia met us early on the morning we were to leave, walking us down to the street where our cab was to arrive and staying with us until we were safely off. I'd highly recommend it to my family and friends without hesitation.

  We cannot begin to describe how wonderful this apartment was in helping make our vacation in Paris perfect. From the airport to the train to the station, the apartment was within walking distance. The hospitality extended to us by the owners upon our arrival was superb. The accomodations felt better than home -- spacious, clean, quiet, and decorated with fine art. We were within a 15 minute walk to The Seine. And we were within a two minute walk to a bustling and typical French shopping street, something right out of a travel magazine -- bakeries, restaurants, markets, wine and cheese stores, etc -- we could have spent our entire vacation there! For a combination of great living conditions, central location and exceptional value -- this apartment is the one!

  My family and I recently stayed in this wonderful 3 bdrm, 2 toilet/3 shower beautiful home for the holiday season. We were welcomed beforehand with an email introduction to Paris and the neighborhood as well as directions to the home, and when we arrived we were provided with a walk-through tour, many welcome maps to Paris, multiple sets of keys, and instantly felt comfortable and at-home. The home is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with kitchen and dining supplies, which came very handy as we frequently made breakfast and were even able to cook Christmas dinner at home. We recommend the first day you come in to go down 2 blocks to Rue Montorgueil to explore the multiple shops, patisseries, cafes, restaurants that are available. We got baguettes and other pastries daily from two local patisseries just steps from this apartment. I wish I had more time there to visit everything there and try all the food!! Rue Mongorueil is truly one of the best neighborhood streets we visited in Paris when we were there. There are multiple subways within short walking distance (3-5 minutes) from the apartment which was very convenient, as well as a big grocery store a few blocks away. Wifi available. We felt very safe in this neighborhood and apartment. Please note this unit is on the 3rd floor, so you have to walk up 2 sets of stairs to the unit (there is no elevator) - this was great for many of us as we were eager to do more exercise so we could eat more :) , but I could see it being difficult for someone who is unable to climb as many stairs. The owner was exceptionally responsive, accommodating, and gracious and had an excellent first-time experience with vrbo because of him!
