Beautiful 1Bedroom/1 Bathroom Condo. Located on the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Steps away from the fantastic white sandy beaches. Feed the Pelicans, or fish directly of the beach. Collect some of the beautiful shells! Watch the Dolphins, Manatees and Stingrays, making their way up and down the warm Gulf waters. Just kick of your shoes and relax at our heated swimming pool. When your day is over, Sit on your private Balcony with your favorite cocktail and watch the magnificent sunsets.

Our Condo is fully equipped with everything you would ever need and more. Very clean and very tastefully decorated.. Recently upgraded with new carpets, appliances, fans and more! The large bedroom has very comfortable 2 fullsize / double beds with lots of storage. The large bathroom has 2 sinks, bath with shower, toilet and lots of storage. Dinning area has a beautiful table and 4 very comfortable chairs. 'Home away from home' ! There is an on site office that is opened 7 days a week. The staff will advise and give information if needed. We are within walking distance to several good restaurants. Shopping is 5 minutes away.
A short drive away, are many attractions, Busch Gardens, Disney parks. Golf, Biking, Tampa Airport is approx 40 minutes away, Clearwater 15 minutes, St Petersburg 20 minutes.

Absolutely love the refurbishings. You have great taste! This is our little piece of your paradise. Thank you so much for all the improvements! Again I packed too much from home but you have supplied everything anyone can need on vacation. I salute you both for this warm, cozy, gorgeous getaway. We live in Tampa but try to book 213 every year. Coming in September was a great decision - no kids around!! We are retired and love the peace and quiet. Thanks!Did you find this review helpful? Dear Brian & Shirley, It was so much fun to be here for a week this year. We are from Northern Indiana where the winter's are always long and the sun hides itself from us for days at a time. Thank you for sharing your Paradise condo with us. Our daughter from Seattle was able to join us for a few days so that was an extra treat for us this year. Dear Brian & Shirley, We arrived here as weary travellers from Ohio and are leaving rested and "restored" thanks to our time in Paradise. Thank you for offering your condo to us. About the owner: My husband and I bought our Condo in 2007. We live in Northern Ireland in a little town called Newtownards. We actually have several photographs framed of our beautiful little country hung in the hallway. We get lots of comments about them. Although we are recently new owners.
