Spacious 2BR fully furnished 'Animal Kingdom' themed condo for rent at the gated community of Legacy Dunes Resort in Kissimmee, Florida just 5 miles from Walt Disney World. Our condo has a beautiful view of the resort lake from the screened balcony and has all of the comforts of your own home. NEW! High Speed Internet Access!
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk in closet, cable TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, en-suite full bath.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, cable TV, DVD player, walk in closet, ceiling fan, and access to the second
full bath. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dish washer, appliances, plates and glasses, utensils, pots and pans and everything you would need to prepare meals. The condo has a spacious dining room, and the living room has a 42' big screen cable TV, DVD player, and a queen sleeper sofa bed. This condo sleeps up to 6 people and is located on the second floor. The condo has a screened patio seating area with a great view of the lake. The condo also has a washer and dryer for your use, an iron and ironing board
and a hair dryer for your convenience.
Upon arrival, you will be provided with starter soap, shampoo and toilet paper. You will have to replenish these items as you use them. All linens and towels are provided. If you bring towels to the swimming pool area, please be sure to bring them back to the condo.
This unit is conveniently located across from the clubhouse and swimming pool area. Convenient location with easy access to all of the resort amenities. Legacy Dunes Resort has a beautiful tropical swimming pool, a clubhouse, restaurant, bar, gym and fitness center, basketball, volleyball, and much more. A great resort for the entire family to enjoy. Legacy Dunes Resort and our condo are located just 5 miles from Disney off of 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. There are several restaurants and shopping centers conveniently located near the resort.
This is a privately owned condo and there are no services provided. The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and after you check out. It is your responsibility to keep the condo clean during your stay. For extended stays, cleaning service can be provided for a fee. Please arrange any cleanings at the time you make your reservation.
Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. We need this time to have the cleaning service prepare the condo for the next guest. The condo will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure.
There are NO PETS allowed and absolutely NO SMOKING inside the condo, no exceptions! You can smoke outside
on the screened patio only.

When we walked into this condo we fell instantly in love. it was spacious and well kept. Very clean. We were there for a Disney trip, it was quite close, especially since we knew some back ways to get there. We saved so much money on this trip just by cooking at the condo. Our kids had a blast swimming. Even tropical storm Debbie did not dampen our vacation. As nice as this place i,s we would have been happy to stay in ( but this was Disney so we braved the rain). I would recommend this to anyone. We would love to come back for our next Florida vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

What a great stay we had in this condo!!! Fun theme, with a lake view, in a gated resort off the main road. Nice and quiet with a great swimming pool! The condo was clean and had everything we could possibly need during our stay. Great condo in a great location!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
