Our private boat picks you up at our quayside and skims you across the bay to this serene location surrounded by the Caribbean Sea. No road access, no noise, no neighbors, no crowds.

Sante’s picturesque location on Roatan’s south shore is slightly east of the island center so its central location makes it ideal for exploring all Roatan has to offer with wonderful activities at your fingertips: diving, snorkeling, canopy tours/zip lines, hiking, golfing, shopping, and wonderful dining.

Sante’s unique construction features: Rosewood hardwood floors mixed with Spanish tile, glazed roof tiles, solid Rosewood hardwood doors, and more. The large kitchen features all modern appliances and a formal dining area. To ensure your comfort Sante’ also has a back up generator. And the 40,000 galloon rainwater collection system offers pure, fresh water.
Inside, each bedroom features: ensuite/private bath, private entrance, king size bed, AC, fans, and each room is uniquely tastefully decorated.
The common areas feature Sky TV receiver, music, wireless internet, library of books, CD's, and DVD’s. The furnishings throughout are luxurious with subtle Caribbean décor.
The private grounds are cultivated with native trees and vegetation: mangroves, Noni trees, Palmetto Palms, Fichus trees, luxurious lawns, and much more. Nestled in the mangroves and at the waterside is yet another deck with cozy chaise lounge chairs and hammocks….a perfect place for meditation and yoga.

My wife and I stayed 10 fabulous days at Sante Wellness Center. We have used VRBO numerous times and what you see is what you get at Sante. Angelia and Leon's home is wonderfully decorated inside and out. Maladies kept an immaculate house and Jose manicured the grounds . We enjoyed snorkeling everyday right out front of the house and enjoyed hot tubing, overlooking the ocean. Everything you need is at Sante, however enjoy a 5 minute boat ride from Leon or Jose, grab your rental car and enjoy the wonderful restaurants on Roatan. Don't forget your camera- the parrots will talk to you !Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Had a wonderful 10 day stay at Sante. The home is simply beautiful as well as the grounds. Everything is very well cared for by the owners and their excellent staff. We were lucky to have the owners on-site during our stay and it was fun getting to know Angela and Leon. But no worries if they are not there; Miladis and Jose are wonderful. There are so many relaxing areas to enjoy; the veranda, pool, hammocks, hot tub on the edge of the ocean, back dock.... we tried them all and enjoyed them all. We've been renting through VRBO for many years and this property ranks high on the list. We definitely recommend Sante.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My husband and I spent a week at Sante Wellness Center in Roatan, Honduras. It was the most relaxing week we had ever experienced. The rooms at Sante are large and comfortable. Our room was downstairs, located right next to the swimming pool. Angela and Maria gave us side by side massages in the Palapa. Angela played soothing music, and we were able to hear the water hitting the rocks next to the beach. When our massages were done, we were able to relax in the hot tub, which has the most beautiful view of the ocean. Sante Wellness Center is located on the edge of an inlet. With a short swim, we were able to go snorkeling in the calm waters next to the house. The water was warm and clear, and the sea life was plentiful! The kitchen at Sante is beautiful! We had the most romantic meals on the balcony, which overlooks the ocean. We had breakfast to the most breathtaking sunrises! This is definitely a trip of a lifetime!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

The kitchen is very spacious with lovely granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Then dining on the terraces is special as the waterfront views are incredible. All can snorkel from shore if they like, or we can arrange for a boat snorkel as well, offering guests different views of this unique reef.

My wife and I enjoyed the tropical luxury of Sante'. The grounds were lush, the water a miracle of clarity. The flowering plants were beautiful and the abundance of colorful hummingbirds got our attention many times each day. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The covered balconies afford wonderful views with cool places to relax and be soothed by the soletud and beauty.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Beautiful, relaxing, romantic views, very clean and well maintained. The pictures on the website do not do it justice! It was the perfect retreat for my partner and me. The service was fabulous, plus having spa facilities, a beach and lagoon all to ourselves: massages on a private beach! My partner went snorkeling while I took advantage of the spa services - not something I normally make time for but it was right there and they are excellent at pampering and offer lots of packages. I would highly recommend for couples looking for some private time or a small group of friends wanting to rejuvenate in a tropical beach setting.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Yes one thing most unique to Sante', apart from the home being waterfront, spacious, and peaceful, is having onsite spa/massage therapies...if you choose to enjoy that. And with the choice of enjoying a therapy inside OR outside by the water is special. The private lagoon and large beach area that Parrot Tree has makes it all wonderful since on many days you might have the whole place to yourselves. That is a nice addition to the serence privacy of Sante' and our private cay. Then the second unique aspect of Sante' is the stellar snorkeling right off shore. No need to get in a boat. Simply walk to the water and there you are!! And we are happy you found the rooms comfortable as well as the entire home.
