Hi Susan,
We just wanted to say thank you again for another memorable stay at the Beach Ranch. The home was clean and well supplied with everything we needed during our stay. The kids really enjoy the close walk to the beach and also the convenience of our own pool at the home. We have always appreciated the amount of space the home has, as well as the privacy a vacation home offers versus a hotel. The Beach Ranch is a great value for our family as the price for 2-3 hotel rooms and being apart from the children is not an option. This was our fourth visit to the Beach Ranch and with six children, there is no other place we'd rather stay. There are plenty of fantastic places to eat all within a short car ride, bike ride or walk around the island. A short drive from the island on the mainland is every imaginable restaurant, grocery stores, discount shopping, movie theaters and a mall. We highly recommend Susan's Beach Ranch for those who want space, privacy, affordability and a hassle free holiday retreat. I own a Guest Services company in Orlando so I have seen it all and know a good deal when I see it, look no further the Beach Ranch is it. You will not be disappointed, Susan will take care of you like family. Our only complaint has always been we never want to go back home at the end of the holiday.

My family has stayed at the Beach Ranch twice, once for 1-week and once for a 2-week stay, and greatly enjoyed both stays. The place is less than a 100 yards from a beautiful, miles-long, beach. Everything on the website is accurate. Further, the website doesn't fully convey how large the living areas and upstairs bedroom are. Our party of ten, including eight adults, stayed quite easily. We found the place very clean and everything necessary to enjoy a week-long stay was provided. An additional nice touch was that as our stays were for Christmas, Susan provided a Christmas tree both times. You can walk to a number of restaurants and stores. Working with Susan was very easy as she promptly and fully responded to all of our questions. I have been going to Anna Maria Island for 30 years. It's a great place to be. I just wish I had found the Beach Ranch sooner. Enjoy your stay.

Description:
Steps to the Gulf of Mexico, heated private swimming pool with 6 foot privacy fence and 2 outdoor deck areas. HI-SPEED internet. The Beach Ranch has 4 bdrms, 2 of which have king beds and their own ensuite bathrooms. This spectacular beach house is great for families, couples and retirees - "Most of house on ground floor so you will be on the same level as the pool when you are entertaining, having your BBQ or are watching the kids in the pool". The Beach Ranch has one master bedroom upstairs and the rest of the house and pool are on the ground level. The Beach, the Pool, BBQ grill, amenities, shops, restaurants and tourist sites in the area - makes for a great vacation! A hurricane has not touched the house ever and the house has been extensively remodeled and is maintained very well.
In addition there is a custom-made dining table that seats ten people, family room that goes directly out to swimming pool and deck, a living room, the pool is surrounded by specimen plants and a private six foot fence, there is a laundry room and bathroom adjacent to the pool and deck area, a jacuzzi in the upstairs master bedroom, and all of this only steps to the beach.
Anna Maria Island and Holmes Beach are splendid and you will love the fine powder (sugar fine) sand on the beach and the gorgeous waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Come stay is this beautiful part of Florida. Come stay at this Florida Gulf Coast Villa vacation holiday home.
