  Can not even begin to imagine which amenity a former renter was looking for that was not provided. Owners were very personable and accommodating with check in/check out times. This home has every convenience, DVD library, appliance necessary for a comfortable stay.

  We had a great experience renting this beautiful townhouse in Avalon. The owners are very accommodating and nice to deal with. The townhouse was located in a great location in Avalon, within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and beach! We had a view front the balcony of the grandstand where we saw performances and parades for the 4th of July. Can't wait to return next year!

  We had a group of us stay in this house for NYE 2011. The house was clean upon arrival and there was absolutely no wait to get in. The owners were extremely flexible with arrival and departure times and it was much appreciated. The house has a state of the art kitchen that had more than enough room! Plus, each bedroom had it's own full bathroom, which was the best feature we could have asked for! The location was just perfect - the house was within walking distance from bars / restaurants. We also walked to the beach (yes in December) given the weather was unseasonally warm at 60 degrees and sunny!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

  We stayed here during 4th of July last year and had an amazing time. The house is immaculate, everything is new and beautiful. We had to contact the owners on the first day just to ask a question about the grill and they were quick to reply and very helpful. The location of the house can't be beat, everything is within walking distance - nightlife, restaurants, entertainment and the beach!! Highly recommend renting here, we will be back again!

  We have stayed in this house and plan to visit again this summer. The home was clean and ready for us, no waiting!! The homes had nice amenities and furniture. The location was just perfect. Close to shopping and dinner yet easy to access the beach. We have a 9 and 12 year old, so I was at first hesitant but in the end it was perfect!

  I highly recommend this house, it is beautiful and in a beautiful location. The house is very conveniently located to restaurants and shops, we never drove anywhere! The house was clean and tastefully decorated.

  VERY DISAPPOINTING. MANY AMENITIES LISTED IN AD DID NOT WORK OR WERE NOT AVAILABLE . HOMEOWNER COULD NOT OFFER ANY HELP WHEN QUESTIONED. HOMEOWNER VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTACT. MOVE ON TO NEXT RENTAL !!!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL .
