The Fairway Villa is conveniently located within a secure (24 hour) building located on Ala Wai Boulevard in Waikiki. Our unit is completely furnished and truly in the heart of Waikiki.
The International Market Place is one block away and the beach is just two blocks away. The Pantry Market is on the same block and the bus line to many areas is on the corner. There are many restaurants and shops, all you have to do is walk out building and walk one block!
This NON-SMOKING unit is completely furnished to accommodate up to four people. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There are two full bathrooms. All bed linens and towels are supplied.
There is a private line telephone with free local calls anywhere on Oahu. Long distance calls can be made with a phone card. There is a pool, sun chairs and two BBQs on the 29th floor roof. There you will have a beautiful view of the city. We know you will enjoy our comfortable and well-situated condo as your vacation home. Nov & Dec. add 20% to total.
A $100.00 charge will be accessed if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
One half of the total rental is due immediately to reserve your date.
The remainder of fee is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
One time cleaning fee of $120.00 & $400.00 Sec.Dep.due with final payment.
Lost key or security key cards will be charged $200.00.
THERE IS A ONE WEEK MINIMUM STAY FOR THIS UNIT.
