As a result, we can afford to keep our Park City lodging rates at very low levels, keeping more money in your pocket or freeing it up for nights out on beautiful Main Street or enjoying the many activities the Park City area has to offer.
This condo is a two bedroom, two bath, loft unit offering a KING SIZE BED in the master suite, a pair of twin beds in the downstairs bedroom, and another pair of twin beds in the loft. TWO FULL BATHROOMS, one on each level.
The living room is very comfortable with a GAS FIREPLACE that heats the entire unit surrounded by a cozy couch and a large chair with ottoman. There is cable TV, a VCR, and a DVD player
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and everything you will need to have family meals "at home". The pantries are completely stocked with dishes along with all necessary utensils and cookware. All linens and towels are provided for your stay.
THE RED PINE CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX: The streets to our condos are lined with huge pine trees reminding you of your presence in the beautiful Wasatch Mountain Range. Steps away from your front door is the Red Pine Club house where you will experience several amenities to increase the enjoyment of your stay.
There are two OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOLS, with one pool heated to over 90 degrees in the winter. There is also a children's pool, outdoor HOT TUB, indoor hot tub, and sauna. There are tennis courts (literally outside your door) and a sand volley ball court.
You will have your own WASHER AND DRYER INSIDE THE UNIT as well as adequate ski/snowboard storage. The club house has a lounge area with fireplace, and also separate showers and changing rooms. The entrance of the club house has been beautifully remodeled for ease of identification and access.
THE CANYONS SKI RESORT: The Canyons is one of the largest ski and snowboard resorts in the country and Utah's newest with the only eight person gondola in all of Summit County. In 2008 they even added another two lifts. Elevation at the summit is 9,990 feet. The base elevation is 6800 feet for a total VERTICAL OF OVER 3100 FEET! The 17 lifts can accommodate up to 25,700 people per hour and the total number of 'marked' trails is 163. There are 5 bowls, 6 natural half pipes & 2 terrain parks.
The Canyons boasts a total of eight peaks with 3700 acres of skiable terrain ranging from beginner to expert levels. Experience the quiet, serene surroundings of the mountain environment while breathing the fresh mountain air.
SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL: The town is filled with artists, independent film makers, musicians, and actors during the World Famous Sundance Film Festival each January. The Festival is universally regarded as the foremost showcase for American independent films.
It culminates in the live broadcast of Sundance Film Festival Awards, where kudos for excellence are bestowed upon film makers by a jury and audience vote.
