  I can see why the Canyons won "Best in Spokane" awards. This 2 bedroom apartment had everything you need, was very clean, plus had plenty of space. It is close to downtown for restaurants and shopping yet in a lovely quiet setting in the canyon. Verizon cell service was a little weak in our main floor apartment but other than that, it was a perfect place for a month long stay! We will definitely stay here, again, when we visit our family in Spokane.

  We stayed at Alfred's Condos during a weekend soccer tournament. It was either a condo or a hotel. We had SO much more space with the condo - with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen - and a tv room area. We had free wi fi, and plug ins for computers if need be. We were about 10 minutes from Downtown Spokane, and within about 15 minutes of the fields we played on. It was so nice to be able to spread out and have room, especially with bringing another family's daughter....we weren't all sleeping in a hotel room together, and all juggling bathroom time. Also - we never needed it, but there was washer and dryers if need be! Would definitely recommend this place and come again in the future.

  We wanted a place out of the city for the weekend for a quick break and this was great! The listing description was accurate as far as location, photos, and cleanliness (and also amenities although we didn't utilize the clubhouse). The only drawback was that in the paperwork we were specifically instructed to respect the after 10 pm quiet rule. This was not a problem for us, however our upstairs neighbors not only ran their washer and dryer after 10 pm but were loud well past 10 pm (it sounded like stomping around). We would definately return for future quick getaways as it was easy to make reservations last minute (which was a lifesaver for us!) but we might request a 3rd level apartment next time. I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family for a quick weekend getaway!

  We wanted to say thank you for letting us stay with you. We liked our room, it was clean and quiet, I suppose that's what you would expect. But, we did like it, and it was nice to be able to relax. I liked staying here because we wanted to relax and this is sort of off the beaten path. Thanks again and I will tell my girlfriends about this place.

  My wife and our twins just returned from visiting Spokane and we we spent 5 days at the property. Overall the property has great amenities and is very well managed. The condo was very clean and had everything that we were looking for. The space you have compared to a hotel is amazing for the kids to play and the pool and playground top it off nicely. The only drawback of this location is the trains. During our stay there every night there was at least one freight train that went through on the tracks above the properties between 10:00 pm and 4:00 am. Some nights there was even a second train which means if you are a light sleeper or your childern are they are going to wake to this sound. Other then the trains this was a great place to stay and unwind.

  My family and I were in Spokane for a National Softball Tournament. We had 3 kids with us along with my huband and myself. We stayed there for a week. The Condo was perfect for our family! There was a great deal of space and the condo included most of the ameneties you would find at home. While the rest of our softball team was staying at a small hotel, we were staying in the wonderful condo. This place has everything that a hotel would have and way more. Not to mention the price was LESS than a hotel for a weeks stay. The complex was very well maintained and clean, same with the condo itself. The clubhouse was beautiful with a pool, BBQ's, Gym, and much more! The only minor downfalls of the place are...1) there was only one television in the living room. As we had 3 kids with us, we were stuck watching what they wanted to watch. It would have been nice to have a television in the Master bedroom. 2) The fold out couch was difficult to open and we were unable to use it. One of our kids ended up staying on an air mattress in the second bedroom, but it was a large room and this was not a problem. Over all, I would highly recommend this condo. The staff was very easy to deal with as well and worked with us regarding payment deadlines etc. It is the perfect place to stay if you don't want to be cramped in a small hotel room.

  We rented five 2bdm./2ba. units from Alfred's at The Canyons for three nights as a family gathering point to attend my son's wedding in Spokane during early August 2012 . Each unit was very nice, fully equipped and very clean. The pool was quite relaxing after a busy day. The Canyons is only 10 minutres from the Spokane Airport and very convienent for trips into downtown Spokane. The staff at Alfred's were very helpful and professional. Staying at The Canyons was a far superior and relaxing experience then staying in a hotel.

  We had never been to Spokane before. It was really nice to stay at a place that wasn’t so busy, you know, like a hotel. We traveled to Spokane because my husband was doing some training for work. It was nice to get away for a week. It felt like we were staying out in the country even though we were only a few minutes away from downtown. We went to Riverfront Park which was beautiful and did some shopping at the mall that was down there. I really like Spokane, it was quaint and even though it was a sort of bigger city, it still felt like a small town. Alfred’s Inc. did a great job; they fully furnish the room with everything that you would need and more. I think that’s what really made our trip enjoyable.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Recently had my third stay in Spokane using Alfred's Away. They have been consistently fast & friendly with excellent service & great accommodations and the property is very well maintained.   I have stayed at these condos two times. I found them to be clean and comfortable with everything you need to make yourself at home. The owners are very responsive to all needs and go out of their way to accomodate you. They provide fast response to phone calls. The condos are convenient to the airport and downtown yet you are far enough out of the city to be away from all the hustle and bustle and traffic. I absolutely will stay here again.
