In the hall, two built-in twin-sized bunk beds are perfect for the kids. The living and dining areas sport all new furnishings, and the sofa hides a Queen-sized sleeper so there’s room for more to enjoy the great days you’ll have at the beach. In the kitchen, you’ll find new appliances, new granite, and all the cookware and dishware you’ll need to create and enjoy meals from the comfort of your vacation home.
Located directly across from the Gulf of Mexico in Miramar Beach, Summerspell is a beautiful low-rise complex with its lush shrubs, flowers and palm trees, heated pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, BBQ grilling area. It’s a perennial favorite along Scenic Gulf drive and is within walking distance of several restaurants, shops and one of our favorite hangouts, Pompano Joes, where you can enjoy awesome fish tacos, fresh seafood, or a beach burger while listening to live music.

This is the perfect spot for a couples getaway or a family vacation. The views of the beach from the balcony of the condo were awesome! A perfect place to watch a sunset over the water. Access to the beach is just a short walk from the front door. Also within walking distance is Pampano Joe's which is one of the most popular restaurants in the area. The decor of the condo is great and offers a full kitchen. We will certainly be staying here again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
