Our home has beautiful wide water views from every room and a bright, 2,300 sq feet of indoor living space with an open floor plan. Located only one block from s. Collier blvd. and 8-minute walk to the white-sand beaches, shopping center, movie theaters, restaurants, sports bar, ice cream shop and much more. This property has large screened lanai that offers complete privacy to the heated pool and spa with southern exposure.
We purchased the house in 10/31/2013, the remodeling started right after. This is our first rental season. The remodeling includes new granite countertop kitchen, new interior bathrooms (double sinks in each bathroom), new stainless steel appliances, new Freeflow Calistoga Plug-N-Play spa (5 seating positions, 18 jets with stainless steel), new high-powered pool heater, new furniture and newly painted interior & exterior, and new staircases.
The family room with pool table, board games, cable, Wi-Fi Internet, DVD, one 50' and three 32' flat screen TVs, and leather sofa with three recliners allow for plenty of family memories. Our spacious kitchen has a pass through window for easy access to outside pool entertaining. We have 6 bikes with helmets, 4 beach chairs, a beach trolley, 2 beach umbrellas, 2 fishing rods, 2 tennis rackets, a wheeled cooler, pool toys, 4 poolside chaise lounges, outdoor grill, etc.
You also can enjoy the convenience of having a private water access dock to tie up the boat you may rent from marina on the island for fishing or cruise the inland waterways into the Everglades, up to Naples or to picnic on the gulf beaches.
Just relax and watch from our lanai manatees & dolphins swim by! Also, catch fish from our private dock!
We welcome small (less than 25 lbs), house trained, dogs on our property! We would just require a pet addendum form signed and an additional small deposit which 100% refundable.

About the owner: We have lived in Rochester, MN since 1999, town of the world-renowned hospital, with two of our best friends (our children, one high school, one college) and our four-legged friend, Lucky the Chihuahua. We both enjoy contributing to the hospital and its mission to inspire hope, and contribute to the health and well being by providing the best care to every patient that comes to our institution.
