At the second floor the master bedroom includes a queen size bed, large walk-in-closet, bathroom with tab and shower and the swimming pool view; the Countess's bedroom features 2 twin Tuscan wrought iron and a tapestry with the arms and the window overlooking the garden, with a walk-in-closet and bathroom with shower; the blue room includes a queen size bed, bathroom with a shower and a breathtaking view on the hills; the same view is offered from the window of the green bedroom which is furnished with 2 twin, a large wardrobe and an antique washbasin. The completely furnished kitchen overlooks on a romantic terrace.

Owner info
About the owner: I am an architect specialized in hotels and thermaes. I inherited San Fabiano Castle from my mother who felt in love with it in 1956. Fifteen year ago I moved definitely from Rome with my family and dogs. I decided with my wife (who is a flower arranger, very good cook and gardener) to menage our estate with the desire to make it know to people who appreciate culture, history, nature, good cooking, in other word italian good living.
