This was my first time ever renting a house online and I was so worried. But we packed up the car, for the 20 hour drive! I am so thankful I found this house! Everything was better than I imagined. The house, to me, looked better in person than it did in the pictures. The house was very clean and well-mantained. We didn't have one issue the whole time we were there, besides not realizing the house was in the central time zone! Check in was at 3pm, we got there at what I thought was about 2:30, which in reality was 1:30, but Elizabeth let us right in. I love how she was able to change the code to the door, we didn't have to worry about losing a key the whole week. We came as an engaged couple and left as husband and wife!!!! We got married right at beach access #19, which is about 2 blocks from the house! Very convenient! It was so gorgeous! It was the most perfect day and area for us to get married. And then we spent the rest of the week enjoying the house for our honeymoon! There are lots of places to go there, but Gulf World Marine Park would be my number 1 reccomendation. I've always wanted to swim with the Dolphins and it was something I will always remember. If you have time, go for it, you won't regret it! The house was amazing, even though when we were at the property we were mostly either in the pool or relaxing out back! The solar panels on the pool made the pool nice and warm! Very much liked that extra touch! You really do feel like you are at home while staying there.. Thank you so much Elizabeth for letting us stay in your home. And thank you so much for allowing pets at your home. Our vacation wouldn't have been the same if we weren't able to bring my 12 year old dog, whom I love as a son. I was so happy he was able to be there to enjoy our time with us! We hope we will be able to make it back to your home to celebrate every anniversary! My family and I enjoyed our stay at Eliza's Place very much. As soon as we entered the place we hit relaxation mode with the beautiful décor of the place which immediately makes you think of the Beach. The place was very clean and had a personal touch to it which you don't find much these days. The screened in pool was amazing, clean and offers a beautiful view of Front Beach Rd. Wal-Mart is less than 5 minutes away by car and Restaurants and a Publix are within 10 minutes of the location. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and that part of the beach is very clean and maintained. If you are looking for a calming, comfy and beautiful place to stay that offers a little bit of luxury Eliza's Place is the way to go.Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

Hi there, this location is close to all the amenities I feel are a great asset to any family vacation. Sidewalks now run down thomas drive, so you can walk to scooter rentals, miniature golf, resturants, ms. newbys, etc. 150 steps to the sand, private #19 beach access, close to super walmart.
My home is on a full size lot, spacious inside and outside, the home is designed for large families and in a subdivision populated by mixed long term and short term residents.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Hi there I got tired of condominiums and all of their rules and regulations, I am a pet owner and felt the need for my pets and my renters pets to be able to run freely. My home caters to large families and it is a shame for children to have to be restricted to use of the pool and the backyard. In condos children have to be supervised constantly and to me that is not a relaxing vacation.
My home you can park in the driveway and walk into the home, condos you have to park in first come first serve parking space, travel up elevators dealing with drunks and cigarette smoke and bad language. My guests can enjoy all the comforts of their own home while in florida, they have their own private beach access that is usually quiet with the local owners and vacationers.
I also offer my home to couples wanting beach weddings, they can have a private ceremony on the beach and walk back to my home and use my home for their reception.
My home is great for family get togethers, especially thanksgiving as I have a indoor/outdoor fireplace. solar heated pool, large pool 12 X 26 with wading pool.
