The 2 Bedroom house can be rented for $1250 Week, or a 3rd bedroom guest area can be included for $1500 Combined, fully furnished. The 1 Bedroom side is available to rent independently for $400 a week, and can provide much needed privacy and relaxation for a special family member or guest.
Less than 5 minutes from 'everything', such as the Light Rail, airport, only 1 block from Major shopping centers, 1 Block away from Costco, Target, Frys, and 5 minutes from the Airport and 2 minutes from Scottsdale.

We found this house met all of our needs and then some! The owners are very thoughtful and kind. They are doing a fine job of turning this property into a really comfortable attractive place to visit.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.

My wife and I (elderly) enjoyed our 2 week stay at this home, accompanied by 2 small dogs. Linda (owner) was there to greet us when we arrived, and showed us how all things worked, except 1 or 2 things, which her husband, Joe, came the next day to explain. There were a few things we 'forgot' how to do, but a couple of calls to Linda or Joe quickly solved any problems. This property was clean, neat, comfortable, and has everything one needs for a very nice stay in Phoenix. It has a small enclosed yard that pets can be let out into that is separate from the sitting area around the pool. As well, there is a 2-car garage, but my pickup was a little too large to fit; however, I parked it safely on the adjacent street for our 2 week stay, with no issues. In short, the area seems very safe and is part of an enclave of typical middle class homes. We used the house as a base for sightseeing, and house hunting, in Phoenix; the freeway system in Phoenix is excellent, and this house is only about 1.5 km away from a main E_W freeway that links to N-S freeways to both the W and E. It is close to a huge food store (Frys) for purchase of all things food, plus wine/liquor; get a Fry's card (it is free) on arrival as it will save you lots of bucks, especially on booze :-). As well, nearby there is Costco, Walmart, Office/computer store and numerous other stores within 5 minutes drive. These include a pretty cheap hand-car/truck wash near the Walmart; everybody drives clean cars in Phoenix, as opposed to our typically dirty vehicles during Alberta winters. We thought we would use the pool more, but after a few days (not because of pool or weather) that we were just too busy to take full advantage of it, and thus we called Linda about turning off the pool heat, and a partial refund of the daily/weekly pool heating rate which we had prepaid. Joe came next day to shut pool heat off, and at the end Linda refunded both our damage deposit and 1 week's pool rental. To end, we would definitely stay here again if visiting/renting in Phoenix. Thanks to both Linda and Joe for a very nice stay. Much appreciated.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Just spent a wonderful week with my husband and 2 children - with several family members coming and going throughout the week. There was plenty of room for visitors to gather inside and out. The pool was perfect for the kids and we appreciated the grill, fire pit and comfortable outdoor space. The owners went out of their way to make our stay comfortable including providing a dog bed for our dog and gifts for the kids!! The location could not have been more perfect with the airport such and easy drive, shopping nearby, the Heard Museum and Botanical Gardens also in easy driving distance. My husband appreciated how easy it was to get to several different mountain biking areas. We had a such a great visit that we made a reservation to come back in a few months.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners.
