The condo was in the perfect location, one block over from the beach and a short walk over to the bay. The unit is newer with good sized bedrooms and nicely appointed smaller bathrooms. Loved the tiled floors throughout. The one gathering/eating space was a bit small for our large group but we made it work. The grill was brand new and fantastic. The bikes provided were in excellent shape and comfortable. They were used every day. It's an easy ride down oceanfront walk to the grocery store. The rooftop deck was perfect for watching the fireworks. Tons of beach gear. Very clean and well kept. The owners were quick and courteous to address one issue we had. Overall, we were pleased with our stay. I would recommend this unit for families with older kids and adult get aways.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
