My daughters and I spent a wonderful long weekend at this lovely cottage on the Cumberland River. It was everything the listing description said and so much more. Everything was clean, neat, and comfortable. The listing photos depicted the rooms perfectly. The owners were so helpful and called just to make sure we were settled in and happy. The location of this property was perfect if you want to be close to the Grand Ole Opry, the Opry Mills Mall, and the Cumberland River. But it was also easy to access the interstates to make our way around all of Nashville. We loved our stay and would recommend this cottage to all.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Beautiful cottage and great location for a family! Wild turkeys just outside our bedroom window provided the wake-up call each morning. Bass Pro Shops and Opry Mills are just around the corner. The cottage was absolutely immaculate upon our arrival. For bass fishermen, you can secure your boat at the dock on a river bursting at the seams with smallmouth, largemouth, spotted bass, and very few other fishermen. The local boat ramp is just a couple minutes away. Three bedrooms and a bathroom for each made for great convenience for our family. Best ever vacation find for us. We are already checking our calendar to make a return visit.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Last year my brother, sister-in-law and aunt decided to start an annual vacation together. This year we chose Nashville as our destination. I searched thru VRBO for the perfect home for our stay and found the cottage on the bend. Very affordable, extremely comfortable and the perfect place for our vacation! Cleeland and Suzanne were very easy to work with, provided every amenity we could possibly need and were very easy to contact if needed. The home is so cozy and roomy, you would never guess it's size from the outside! No need to bring dishes or utensils, it was all there. What a joy to go out for a day of sightseeing and come home to relax unwind and have dinner. My aunt and cousin from California, brother, sister-in-law and niece from NE and my husband and I from PA had a great time! Would come back and stay here in a heartbeat. Thank you again Suzanne & Cleeland.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This home is truly a gem. Much better than the pictures show on the ad. Everything is very clean and comfortable and up-to-date. Working with the owners is a joy also - such nice people! We especially enjoyed the large downstairs area with the gas fireplace. When we come back to Nashville this is where we will stay again, no doubt.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

There is nothing bad to say about this lovely cottage. We were totally enchanted and delighted with it in every way. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms there is every convenience. Everything is new. The owners have wonderful taste in decorating and there is nothing I would change about that either. The location truely is walking distance to the Gaylord Hotel and the Opry Mall for I walked it myself! Delightfully quiet and peaceful location. Beds were very comfortable too. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to cook full meals if you wish. We took advantage of all the great places to eat out. When we make another trip to Nashville we will most certainly book this lovely cottage again! You will fall in love with it on sight! Thanks to Suzzane and Cleland for the wonderful stay!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My Wife, my friends and I recently stayed at this great cottage. The location was great as there was a lot to do around Opryland, and the drive downtown was very short (about 10-15 mins). The amount of rooms and bathrooms made our stay very comfortable and the decorations and layout of the house was great. Furthermore, this cottage provides beautiful views and access to the river and made us feel like we got to enjoy Nashville's scenery as well as the many honky tonks, shops and restaurants downtown. Our trip to Nashville was because of the Bears vs Titans game, but we were also able to get a little fishing in from the pier off the property. This cottage, and both Cleland and Suzanne, made it so convenient for us to enjoy the weekend and we will definitely be looking to come back and visit again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family recently stayed in this cottage during our week-long vacation in Nashville. I can honestly say that the pictures shown do not do this home justice. It is beautifully decorated with nice furniture and accents. The home is well stocked with anything you could possibly need from kitchen utencils to bandaids. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the downstairs leather couch was a piece of furniture from heaven, it was so cozy. Everything was extremely clean and up to date. Its location was absolutely perfect for our family's events. It was less than a mile to the Opry Mills Mall, Grand Ole Opry, Cooters, and Nashville Palace. We never drove more than 15 minutes to any other destination in Nashville including Pancake Pantry, Country Music Hall of Fame, Lane Motor Museum, and much more. The upper decks were great places to enjoy morning coffee while enjoying the scenary of the water in the backyard. We bought fishing poles while we were there and the boys loved fishing off the private pier/dock. We could not have possibly enjoyed Nashville anymore in a different home. We felt so comfortable and pleased with our stay in this home!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We spent three days in this lovely cottage on the Cumberland River. It is so tastefully decorated and set up for multiple people to have their private space. Sitting on the deck and watching the river while having morning coffee or an evening cocktail was ideal. The proximity to Opryland and to major highways made it so easy to get to all the attractions we were interested in seeing. The owners had provided everything we needed to be able to settle right in and consider this our home for a few days.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
