Great location for windsurfers, kiters, surfers etc. Handy location with a 10-minute drive to kite surfing at Kanaha beach park. Newly updated this unit is a spacious 480 sq ft studio, we refer to as the 'Plumeria' . Huge private Lanai with gas bbq on one side of the unit plus small shared yard area on other side. About the owner: When not in Maui we can be found in our home town of Vancouver, BC. Great love of the natural beauty and the amazing outdoor lifestyles of Maui bring us here every year for longer and longer stays.
Why the Owner Chose Paia:
The towering Banyan tree in the front yard was all it took for my wife to know this was where she wanted to be. An avid tree climber she spent many afternoon nestled in the sweeping branches of this grand and exotic tree. If you have never kited Maui you have no idea of how spoiled you can be. Warm water, constant trade winds, and at times, world class waves is what this place offers.
The Unique Benefits at this Studio:
Quiet location except for the airplanes from the nearby airport. Easy access to kite beach as you do not need to drive through Paia to get to the house. Property is very tropical with an 80 foot Banyan tree, a large mango tree and other lush greenery surrounding the property. Easy parking as it is a street with very few homes. Great neighbour hood for taking walks and the beach is in reasonable walking distance.
