Ours is a country house. We completely restaured it when we bought it in 1997. Three of the four bedrooms have private toilets. The patio includes two sofas, one puff, one chaise longue,one hammock, and a private swimming pool of mt 21x3,50. It is possible to eat in twelve people under the grape strawberry outdoor pergola. The sea breeze comes from Tarquinia where one can to go to the beach, this makes the house pleasant and bright, the weather is never sweltering hot. The house is 8 km far from Tuscania, 26 km from the Bolsena Lake and 12 km from Tarquinia, in the heart of the Latial Tuscia, Capalbio and the Tarot Garden by the artist Niky de Saint Phalle are 50 km away and there you can find beautiful and equipped beaches. Within 30 minutes drive one can reach Orbetello, Argentario, Isole del Giglio and Giannutri, Viterbo and the Terme dei Papi. The Park of Bomastro Monsters, Orvieto, Todi and Rome are far one hour drive. The closest Railway Station is Tarquinia with connections to Rome each hour. It's possible to organize guided tours to the archaeological sites and museums of the area. So come to this place and enjoy your life with culture, peaceful moments and everything you need.
