What a great place! We were so fortunate to find your condo on Home Away. Could not have asked for a lovelier place or a more beautiful location. We ate lobster (ofcourse) and oysters and all sorts of great seafood. The baked oysters at Mise Oyster are a real treat. We read, relaxed and swam even though it wasn't really warm and had a truly great time. Hope to return next year. Many thanks,Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

I've been coming to this area since the late 1960s. My Mother was born and raised on Linekin Neck. My heart always longs to come back to this area. Thank You!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Thank you for the warm welcome and your 'Best" list. We enjoyed dinner at the Lobster Dock and picnic at Barretts Park. I never made it to Owen's Mouth but I did hike twice at Linekin Preserve, just up the road, and was treated to a hawk's unsuccessful attack on a duckling on the Damascotta river. We also loved the Botanical Gardens and the Aquarium and our day out to the Prisoner;s Store on Route 1 in Thomaston and a stroll around Rockland.Did you find this review helpful? This condo sits in the perfect location for exploring the Boothbay region of Maine. I explored all day -- throughout Boothbay Harbor, Pemaquid Lighthouse, and other nearby peninsulas -- but always made it back to the condo for the wonderful sunsets over Linekin Bay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. There's a nature preserve -- great for walking/hiking -- within walking distance. Or you can bike to coastal viewpoints; even if you're not the world's best cyclist (I'm not). I highly, highly recommend this condo, and also recommend a visit to nearby Porter Preserve for more beautiful hiking/biking opportunities. The condo is very quiet; you'll hear only the sounds of nature, and the waves lapping at the shore of the bay -- just steps from the front door. Go! You will not be disappointed.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.

Traveling with a person in a wheelchair is sometimes difficult, but not this time, everything was easy and clean and comfortable. We had a great time. Lovely area too. I love fresh lobster, we cooked them right in the full kitchen. It was well equiped for meal preperation. I want to go back soon.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

This condo on the Bay is a pleasant get away. I enjoyed fishing off the dock with my son and visiting the rocks by the ocean. The condo is very well kept and it was nice to have two bathrooms and a complete kitchen. Downtown Boothbay always had something to do. We went shopping, bowling, had a large ice cream, and even went to a magic show. There are lots of small towns to visit. The Boothbay Aquarium is small but was lots of fun. I felt very relaxed and would recommend this property to my friends. This is a nice place to visit year after year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.
