  We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of February. We really enjoyed ourselves and the property was as described. I highly recommend staying here on any visit to Punta del Este.

  We had a great time! Everything went as agreed. Comfortable apartament, not luxurious. Great location, close to the beach and Gorlero street. Traditional building with good services. David was helpful and quickly answered my questions.

  The place was exactly as described and was perfect for what I was looking for. I stayed for a month and did not need a car; everything was in walking distance. The apartment was clean and the building well maintained and in a great location. The beaches were extremely close and there was also a very good gym (Perfil Gym) within walking distance. I recommend staying here for anyone heading to Punta del Este!

  Just what we needed. Everything within walking distance. Shopping, restaurants, grocery store, beaches( one one ether side) car rentals and casino. Even an ice cream parlor on the street below apt. The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was helpful and courteous. We loved our visit to Punta Del Este

  The property is in a great location on the peninsula. It was an easy walk from the bus station, beaches, and to all of the nightlife in the area. The listing description was accurate. It was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to be on the peninsula.

  Stayed for 4 nights at David's apartment. He gave us a very thorough walk-through of the apartment, and tons of tips on restaurants, getting around, and more during our stay. He's available via cell if you need him for anything. The location is perfect - at the top of the peninsula so you can walk everywhere, but also grab a bus or taxi really easily. The apartment is large and clean, the maid service and beach service are huge pluses, along with the friendly doormen. I'd say we got more than our money's worth. Highly recommend this apartment.

  My fiancé and I stayed here for 1 week and had a great time. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, including a washer that came in handy a lot and a centrifuge to dry our clothing. David was nice enough to even let me borrow a hair straightner with the blow dryer. The apartment is very spacious only half a block from the beach, and three blocks from the bus station. We had daily free maid cleaning service. Although the entire building had WiFi, signal was sometimes slow in our apt but was not a big deal because one can just access the free computer room that included WiFi and two computers. The location was great, right at the tip of the peninsula where everything is happening from great restaurants to shopping, beaches, and more. If you visit Punta, make sure to try restaurant Boca Chica on the Rambla, about a 20-25 minute relaxing beautiful scenic walk from the apt.

  My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week in Punta del Este while staying at this apartment. It is very reasonably priced and very centrally located on the peninsula, so beaches, cafes, restaurants, and the bus station are all within walking distance. The apartment is equipped with all necessary amenities, which makes it feel like home. The owner was very helpful in offering luggage assistance from the bus station as well as with recommending local spots to eat, drink, etc. If we go back to Punta del Este, we hope this apartment is available! Enjoy your trip!
