Year Purchased: 2000
About the owner: I was born and raised in Puerto Rico and have been married for 30 years. We have two children.
Why the Owner Chose Dorado: This property is located in an amazing place. Laurance S. Rockefeller originally developed the resort fifty years ago and it opened as a Hyatt. It has gone through a massive renovation that has respected the spirit of the land, and has reopened as a Ritz Carlton Reserve. I love everything about it. The beaches are very good for small kids and adults. The son of the original designer, Robert Trent Jones Jr., has updated the golf courses. I go everywhere in my golf cart, from the beach club to hotel restaurants. The overall feeling of the place is luxurious and relaxing.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome: Adult trees, lots of tropical vegetation and the sea surround my property. There are 1,400 acres and 3 miles of beach. There are beautiful nature trails that give the sensation that you are far away, while been safely close to home. I love this place!
