Located on the 11th floor in Building E (newest and tallest) of The Dunes of Panama Resort, 1500 feet of private beach front is the view that greets you from your private balcony accessible from both the living room and master bedroom.. King-size bed in master bedroom, queen in guest bedroom, and a comfortable queen-size sofa bed in the living room allow six adults to comfortable share the fun of the beach.
This is a family-friendly resort with all the amenities, so of course you'll want to bring the kids. They especially enjoy the game room, beach shop, and deli all located in the first floor of the our building.
The Dunes of Panama association does my cleaning and maintenance this helps to avoid problems.
Since this was my winter home, you will find that the kitchen is well stocked. If you do not care to cook, there is the deli on the premises. You are also just minutes away from both casual and gourmet dining.
Unit has wireless internet.
Sorry: no trailers or motor homes are allowed (last week of May through first week of August).
To keep price very competitive there are no phones.

We found the condo to be very clean, spacious and comfortable. We really liked the two spacious bedrooms having a full bath attached, ample closet space, and the ocean view was delightful. My father (88 years old) stayed with us, and was able to walk to the beach from the pool area without stairs! Leland was a pleasure to work with, very professional and kind. He mailed us our deposit back in record time..we received the check within 2-3 days of leaving. He quickly mailed keys too!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

Love this place. You really feel like you have been on a vacation after staying here.All the compforts of home. Especially love sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

My husband and I have been staying at this condo for several years. We enjoy every visit to the Dunes of Panama. We love the view of the gulf. It always takes my breath away. This condo is very clean and well maintained. Leland has always treated us great. We hope to come back next fall. We have been coming to this condo once or twice a year for almost ten years. We dearly love it. It is better than the pictures show. It is always clean and well-maintained. The location is very quiet and yet near to all the goings on. We will be back next spring!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

My wife and I have rented from Leland for about 10 years or more now. We love to stay at this condo. It is in E-building and very peaceful. There is nothing like sitting on the balcony late in the evening and hearing the roar of the ocean breakign ont he beach 11 stories above sea level. It's the most relaxing sound.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.
