Location: Dunes of Panama, Gulf Lagoon Beach, Panama City Beach Area, Florida North West, Florida, USA (East Beach) Address 7205 Thomas Drive unit 1102 E)
Accommodations: Condominium, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 6)
I prefer to keep my rates affordable, so I have many guests who come back year after year. I hope you will become one of my regulars.
Located on the 11th floor in Building E (newest and tallest) of The Dunes of Panama Resort, 1500 feet of private beach front is the view that greets you from your private balcony accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. Fall asleep to the soothing sound of the surf. King-size beds in both bedrooms and a comfortable queen-size sofa bed in the living room allow six adults to comfortable share the fun of the beach.
This is a family-friendly resort with all the amenities, so of course you'll want to bring the kids. They especially enjoy the game room, beach shop, and deli all located in the first floor of the our building.
Since this is my winter home, you will find that the kitchen is well stocked. If you do not care to cook, there is the deli on the premises. You are also just minutes away from both casual and gourmet dining.
Sorry: no trailers or motor homes are allowed (last week of May through first week of August).
To keep price very competitive there are no phones.
Primary renter must be 25 years of age and stay the entire period. STRICTLY ENFORCED BY THE ASSOCIATION.
