Beautifully landscaped, gated, 17-acre, oceanfront complex sits between Kona Country Club with two 18-hole golf courses and Kahalu'u Beach Park with great reef life for snorkelers. Amenities include three lighted tennis courts (no charge), large swimming pool, pavilions, and barbecues for residents.
Our second home is a one-level, second-floor unit with a wrap-around lanai featuring a spectacular ocean view (50 feet to ocean) and partial golf course view. Outdoor furniture includes two dining tables and a chaise. Wonderful evening views of lights of Kailua-Kona, five miles away. Our second bedroom/sitting room has a serene, golf course view.
Our condominium has been completely remodeled with built-ins, new carpeting, and slate/tile. Master bedroom, on the ocean, has a king-size bed. Second bedroom, with a golf course view, has a queen-size bed.
