Convenient Place To Stay

Spent five days in Moab with wife and friends. The unit is fully furnished and the only thing you will need to bring is the food. Very spacious and would be ideal for groups. Location-wise, the condo is about 4 miles from downtown and is a good base if you want to explore Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park and other attractions. Definitely way better than the normal chain hotels/motels in Moab.

The property was well kept and clean. It was a newer condo with easy 5 minute access to downtown Moab. The owners were very nice. Especially, since I orginally requested the wrong dates and they were able to make changes for our stay. Thank you very much. We would rent again.

Stay Here Instead of a Hotel

Stayed here for 4 nights at the end of March. Very convenient to town, only a 5 minute drive to shops, restaurants, and all the parks you want to visit. Owners were very easy to communicate with. Try to find the condo for the first time in daylight. It's pretty dark out of town and the street is easy to miss. The condo has everything you need. Kitchen was fully equipped (although we ate out most meals). Beds and linens were very comfortable. Gas grill on patio if you are so inclined. Although there was much more room than a hotel, I could still hear the neighbors talking in their unit next to us. From the condo you could see red rock cliffs and the La Sal mountains, but detracting from the view was the power lines and pre-fab homes with their fenced corrals and abandoned cars. FYI, if your family is handicapped in any way, there is no elevator to the third floor. Bring your own hair dryer. The TV in the master bedroom only plays DVDs, so bring some along.

I was extremely pleased with my stay in Moab. The condo was exceptionally clean, and very well stocked with supplied. Everything one could need on a holiday is provided; including dishes and serving platters, appliances, wifi, dish tv and towels/linens. There was not one thing that we needed to bring. Often consumables like dish-soap, trash bags, paper towels/toilet paper, and hand soap are in need of being re-stocks – but not here. All was available and in abundance. The facility was exceptionally clean – and I felt comfortable as if I was in my own home. The biggest drawback was that the location is on the third floor; knowing what I know now I would have brought fewer things! Just south of Moab, the location was perfect for Canyonlands, Arches and downtown Moab. We enjoyed Roading, mountain biking and hiking during our stay! I would highly recommend to friends and stay at this facility again without hesitation.

We stayed here for a long weekend/family get away. Condo was even better than described. Pictures do not do it justice. Very clean and comfortable. Found everything we needed. Very roomy for our family of four. Will definitely return to Moab and would love to stay here again. The hike to the delicate arch was awesome!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo, and would highly recommend it to anyone! It was so clean and comfortable, and beats staying in a motel by far! Me and my 3 kids had our own space, and with 3 grown kids, you need that! It contained everything one could possibly need. It was furnished so nice, and the beds were more comfortable than my beds at home. It was only about 5 minutes from town, and well worth the little extra travel time. The owners were wonderful to work with, and responded promptly to my request for reservations. I would highly recommend staying here, and will definately stay here again!

This is a great condo!! I highly recommend it!! It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The owners have thoughtfully stocked it with everything you might need and it's exactly, if not better, than described. We enjoyed having such a nice quiet place to come back to after a long day of playing in Moab and Arches. The condo is off of Hwy 191 making easy access with Moab just a short drive away. There is more than ample parking. We especially enjoyed the big HD TV. Hidden Gem....we found the Moab Aquatic Center in town which had a great indoor/outdoor pool, park, and workout facility. Came in handy after our morning hike through Firey Furnace!! You will not be disappointed by renting this condo and we count ourselves lucky at having found it.

We stayed for 6 nights in this well kept and furnished condo in Moab. The amenities were as described; the location was quiet; the town of Moab was just a few minutes away. As we write this on our last night here, lightning storms are flashing over the La Sal mountains; it's quite a sight! We had easy access to Arches and Canyonlands, as well as a wonderful tour around the LaSal loop from Moab to the Colorado River. Moab itself is a delightful place in a very scenic location. We had a great time here, and staying at the condo made it all very easy and convenient.

Great condo with all that you need, close to everything Moab has to offer, yet quiet enough to be a peaceful get-away. Coffee on the deck while enjoying the majestic view is heavenly! I will be back in the Fall if not sooner.
