Adobe-style stucco home overlooking arroyo on one-acre lot dotted with piñon, juniper, and fruit trees. Seven full-length, southern-facing windows provide wonderful views and passive solar winter comfort.

Clerestory windows and vaulted ceilings in bedrooms, and vigas throughout. King bed in master bedroom; two twins in second bedroom. End-of-road seclusion behind electronically-gated driveway. Spectacular views from east-facing breakfast deck and south-facing main deck. Patio off master bedroom and office area.

Optional maid service and cable modem available at cost. All the benefits of Santa Fe; all the seclusion of a mountain retreat - so perfect for vacation or sabbatical. Comfortably sleeps four, but includes double futon and queen hide-a-bed accommodations for up to an additional 2-3 overnight or weekend guests.

  • What a beautiful home and we loved the location. We sat outside on the deck and enjoyed the views of the surrounding countryside.     The house was satisfactory in every respect. Attractive, secluded, quiet and very convenient to town and amenities.... just the thing I wanted. AND I may well try for a repeat visit in the future... Perhaps the Fall would be less windy !?!?

  • To the Eastmans; We had a great month in your homey rental house. We felt like we had a cozy mountain retreat, 5 minutes from the Plaza. The views are spectacular, although the weather didn't encourage sitting outside to enjoy them. However, the falling snow added to the beauty of the surrounding area during the Christmas holiday season. Jim & Lynn

  • Dear John & Elizabeth: Thank you for providing your house during our nine day stay in Sante Fe. The location was perfect - it gave a very private feeling, but was only a short distance to town. The kitchen was well furnished, and the other amenities were super. We used the house as our base for day hikes in the region, and to visit the old town area. Your house was very comfortable, and met all our needs. Thanks Again.
