Our Condos are professionally decorated with all of the amenities of home. Just pack your bags with some shorts, some sandals and bring your clubs if you don't like to rent them, because you are situated on the Beach Golf Course in Waikoloa Beach Resort! Relax and enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset right from your private lanai that faces the beautiful fairways!
Our condos are family owned and operated and offer you the Ohana hospitality. We set the condos up with games for all ages, books, music and TV's in every room.
Unit I33 has an adjoining door that offers the opportunity to sleep up to 12 guests. Our condos are the only one at the Fairway Villas that offer this feature.
Our condo is set up with a King (master bath), a queen bed and a loft that has 2 twin beds. Our condo also has a sleeper sofa.

Rates are subject to change without notice. Once a booking has been made the rate will remain what they were at the time of securing the condo with your deposit. The nightly Off Season rate is $175 per night,plus a $150 cleaning fee and Hawaii Taxes are 13.4166% of the total rent and departure cleaning. Our Season Rates are from April 1st to April 31st and November 1st thru January 31st and this rate is $250 per night. We have specials that offer free nights for every so many nights, rates for any stay longer than 2 weeks and we offer special monthly rates. Call me for special rates and we will accomodate you!

About the owner: I manage properties at the Fairway Villas for my Mother and Father-in-law and live in California. We have 4 kids and 3 dogs! Life is busy!

My Mom and Dad chose to buy condos at the Fairway Villas so they could provide an opportunity to others to share in their love of the Big Island of Hawaii. They love this Island and thought that the location and comfort of the Fairway Villas could not be matched by any other complex. It is a family style environment that is within walking distance to anything you would like to do. My Mom is the visionary and saw the potential of the Fairway Villas and that is why she invested there.

You can walk to anything in 5 minutes; the beach at ABay, the Kings Shops, the Queens MarketPlace and about a 15 minute walk to the Hilton, a popular hot spot in Waikoloa Beach Resort.
