This cabin is just 5 years old sits on 12 acres of beautiful North Georgia Mountain property! Enjoy the peace and quiet while relaxing on the full wrap around porch with the mountain views. The cabin is equal distance (9 miles) from two popular tourist cities: Helen, Ga and Clarkesville, Ga. You will also enjoy the privacy, as the cabin sits next to National Forest and has a large parking area for 10+ cars. Great place for family reunions, special events, private getaways or pure family fun! The master bedroom is on the main floor and has it's own bathroom. Also on the main floor are the kitchen, laundry, vaulted living room, dining room and another full bath (with separated vanity area). The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has two twin beds that can be left separate or can be pushed together to make a king, bedroom #3 is more of a loft and has a bunk bed that is a full on bottom and twin on top and a toddler bed. You will feel right at home with the country theme and decor and will have no choice but to relax and enjoy the view!

We had family from TX and VA come into GA. This place had everything that we forgot. Very nice cabin and very peaceful. Close to Helen and the surrounding areas. Even had a play area for kids. Very nice to stay and we will stay again and can't wait.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

I just want to thank you for allowing me to rent your home for my birthday weekend! This place was more than I could have asked for, absolutely perfect. The is literally nothing you need to bring from home other than food and clothes. I was so excited to see the huge crockpot on top of the fridge for our Nacho Bar. We never even left once we parked our cars. We were so excited to see all the wood for the firepit but unfortunatley we had rain the entire time so we did not get to take advantage of this, but there was more than enough seating on the wrap around porch for us to sit outside and enjoy the showers. Thank you again! We will be back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: My wife and I have 2 beautiful, young girls and live in the Atlanta area. We built this cabin with our own hands and with the idea of creating a perfect place to vacation with our family. I work for Miracle-Ear as a Hearing Aid Specialist and my wife has her own business selling sunless tanning equipment and supplies to spas and salons. I'm a third generation owner of family land and our cabin adjoins close to 200 acres of family property and another 1000 acres of National Forest. When we visit our cabin, we enjoy outings to Brastown Bald (the highest point in Georgia), Helen, Clarkesville, Cleveland (Babyland General), hiking with the family, tubing down the Upper Chattahoochee, panning for gold and gems, feeding the trout at Nora's Mill and Mark of the Potter and just plain road trips for fun snacks and treats!
