  Wonderful vacation home, and thoroughly enjoyed by our whole family (of 5). We've stayed in about 15 different properties over the past 10 years so we have some good basis for reviewing. The pool is great and it is nice not to have anyone behind you. We opted for the heat due to the time of year, and it was very nice and warm... steaming in the cool evenings even! The 1/2 bath accessible right from the lanai is brilliant. The home is in great condition and shows the high attention to detail that the owners put into it. Especially that Harry Potter room - wow. Speaking of the owners - very good to work with and super responsive to emails. Definitely recommend this home.

  We had a lovely 10 day stay at the Harry Potter Villa. Owners extremely helpful and welcoming. Villa clean, modern and exactly as described. Kids loved the themed bedrooms Lovely master bedroom with large en-suite. Having access to the pool area from the master bedroom was very nice. Great pool area, not overlooked, nice big barbecue and having a separate pool area toilet so you don't have to go inside is great. Games room has a great pool table. Nice location 15mins from Disney and 30 mins from Universal. All in all we had a great holiday and will recommend to friends. Thanks, C+S

  Our family had such an amazing time your "Harry Potter" house. There kids had a great time in the game room and the hot tub was so relaxing after walking all day at Universal Studios. Robert went out of his way to make sure we had everything we need for out family of 7. Not even the rain could keep the kids out of the beautiful pool. We can't wait for our next trip to Florida!!!

  Thank you Rob and Anna for sharing your beautiful home with my family. This was our first family trip and it was definitely a trip of a life time that we will not forget. The kids loved having there own rooms and they are decorated beautifully. I loved the fact that the kids could get up when ever they wanted without being bothered and play in the pool tell I got breakfast ready then back in the pool to give me time to pack a lunch to hit the parks (the money I saved by packing lunches almost paid for the house rental). The spa and pool was a great retreat for me and my wife after a long day at the park. Once the kids were in bed we always made time to relax and share a drink in the spa and just enjoy the quite, it was like a second honeymoon. I’m already saving for the next trip hopefully we can do it again. Take care.

  It was great, the kids played pool and went in the pool, rode bikes and played tenis. The house is complete, with full kitchen, and linens, the tematics rooms are very cut, and well made. It's also a quiet place, with the woods in the back, lots of green. It was a very good vacation. I recommend

  Hi Our vacation has been great! We LOVED your home....it is beautiful and it was perfect for all of us We actually aren't home yet...we went to a Disney resort for a few days, we are going home tomorrow. We all decided that even though we are closer to the parks, it was much nicer at your house. Nancy & Erick

  I wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had at your house. The house was beautiful!! We travelled with kids from 9 months to 14 and everyone loved it...It was great to relax in the pool after the end of long days at Disney. The location was perfect, very central to all we wanted to do. My sister was thrilled to find a double stroller for her little ones. I would highly recommend this house to everyone....it is clean, spacious and comfortable....We can't wait to return!!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day stay at this condo. It is represented accurately on the website, and the location is fabulous. Close enough to the parks, yet VERY quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind. Our group was multi-generational, consisting of myself and my husband, my parents, and our three boys, ages 1, 6, and 9. Robert made special accommodations for us, providing a double stroller, a pack 'n' play, and a high chair. The local management was also responsive and helpful with requests and questions we had while there. The entire place, from bathrooms to kitchen to pool, was extremely clean and well-maintained. We had a wonderful stay!
