Cristina, I really enjoyed my stay in your apartment. You have included all that anybody needs to feel like home. The kitchen is particularly very well equipped way above of other apartments that I have rented during the last two years. Moreover, you have been very generous providing me some basic items (bread-milk-coffee-sugar and fruits) at my arrival. Great service great apartment. Thank you! Great experience, one of the best we have used in past years. Very secure, good parking, very clean. Estuve en la primer semana de Junio y puedo decir solo cosas positivas, excelente servicio, amabilidad y disponibilidad. Pasè una semana en el departamento y me senti como en casa. El departamento está nuevo y perfectamente equipado con todo lo que se necesita. La ubicación es genial, a pocos pasos del centro de Miraflores, las playas y Larcomar. May 2011: We had a real good stay in the beautiful new apartment in Av. Larco. Thanks to Cristina for the perfect and professional service before and during the stay. The department is located perfect for us with restaurants, supermarket, shopping center and everything else needed very close by. I stayed here in February. The apartment has a great location on the corner of Larco Ave, and Manco Capac. It was easy to walk anywhere in Miraflores from this apartment. Everything in the apartment was brand new, and the king size bed was fabulous. It was little noisy in the morning with all of the construction going on nearby, but this common all over Miraflores. Cristina was easy to work with also, and promptly responded to e-mails. I would highly recomend this apartment to a couple on vacation or for the business traveller.Did you find this review helpful? Dear all, I would first like to express my sincere appreciation to Cristina and her parents for their outstanding service during our stay in the apartment earlier this month. As someone who lived in Peru for over three years and visited every nook and cranny of the country, I can honestly say that the accomodations my wife and I received during our stay here were among the finest. Cristina's attention to detail, professional responsiveness, and genuinely caring attitude was an unexpected surprise. I was so pleased that I actually joked with her that in addition to never encountering anyone in Peru with such a "customer first" attitude, I rarely (if ever!) find it here in Miami either ;) Again, I would recommend staying with this fine family to anyone. I have been going back to Lima in recent months due to various reasons. My experiences with short term rentals has been mixed. However, with this one I can say it has been the best! Not only because the apartment is safe, centrally located and it has all of the modern amenities listed in the website, but because both Christinas' were fantastic. They were prompt in returning emails, and phone calls. They made the check in/out processes smooth. Because of that, my family will be returning in December. Why the Owner Chose Lima:
Av. Larco isn't the most famous street in all of Miraflores, maybe even Lima, without any reason. Without a doubt, this location is excellent, within not even 3 minutes walking distance from the Larcomar mall and the Marriot Hotel. Ideal for both vacationers and business travellers. There are numerous stores, casinos, restaurants, banks, beaches, etc. nearby, so this naturally felt like the perfect location to buy a property. We acquired this unit in 2010 while it was still under construction - it has entirely exceeded our expectations and we're very happy to be able to share it with travellers from all over the world.
