  We stayed for a week at Roy's pool home in Indian Point. We enjoyed the stay, everything worked as expected and we would definitely be going back.

  Recommended for: Families with young children.

  We brought our two sons and my sister in law to enjoy almost a week at this house. Very clean upon entry, and plenty of space. Our kids loved the pool, and the proximity to the parks was great. Roy was wonderful to work with and we would definitely stay there again!

  My family came back to this house for the second time and we are confident that will not be the last one as we already thought about coming back here in 2014. The house is big and have enough space for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen has everything we need to cook and enjoy a sit down meals. The internet works great. Last but not least, the swiming pool. Man.... it is an amazing one !!!! The owner Roy is easy to deal with. He responds to all the requests fast and always try to please his customers. The house is very close to all the major shopping, restaurant, theme park places.

  Our family very much enjoyed our stay in Roy's home. There is plenty of room and it is very comfortable. We started referring to it as "home" immediately. We were very pleased with the close proximity to all of the attractions, and actually wished we has booked longer stay. After a long day of activities and people it was nice to be alone and "chill" in the peace & quiet of a home rather than a hotel. The private pool was terrific! No complaints at all, only praises for the property & the owner as he was extremely easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I will definitely recommend this property to friends & family.

  Second time staying at this property and both times have been perfect. Easy to deal with owner who communicates and follows-up timely. Property is in excellent condition located in quite neighborhood with easy access to Orlando attractions. The overall experience and value is ah A+!

  My family stayed in this home for 6 nights. The home was really clean upon our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised by the location of the home, it is close to everything. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. There is a garage which was nice to park in when we were at the house. The home provided lots of room for the three of us to move around. We hate staying in hotels because we always feel like we are on top of each other. The home had everything we needed and Roy, the owner, was willing to arrange for what we needed if it wasn't there. I received my deposit quickly with ease. If you are considering staying in a home in Orlando, don't hesitate. The price is right and so is the quality of the home.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Roy was fantastic to work with both while planning our trip, as well as follow-up after. Our family stayed the week of Thanksgiving and this house was perfect for our family of 4; two elementary school aged boys. House is close to ALL Orland parks - we hit Seaworld, Legoland, Universal & Gatorland and great to come "home" to swim and relax versus being cramped in a hotel room. Lee, the property maintenance man, was also terrific in responding to our request for grill and water heater. We have already recommended Roy's house to friends and family and intend to rent again on our next visit to the Orlando area.

  We are frequent travelers to Orlando for vacation, and rent a home each time. This was one of the best homes we have stayed in. Home was well-maintained and all the comforts. Good-sized pool and large back-yard. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. Very clean. The kitchen was also clean and all in good working order. If you have a larger group, there are many sofas in the living area that most homes do not have. Location is south on Poinciana and very accessible and safe. Owner was easy to work with and security deposit was returned very promptly. We look forward to staying here again.

  We had an awesome vacation this summer in Roy's house. The house is better in reality than in the pictures. Upon arrival the house was spotless and all the furniture and appliances in like new shape. Four very large and confortable rooms for our family and the pool was great (the exit to the pool area from the master bathroom was a plus since there was no wet people inside the home. We found everything we needed to cook in the kitchen (even a George Foreman grill). Walmart was so close that my father in law walked every morning to get breakfast supplies (that was his excuse). Disney and the parks are a short drive away (15 min) and the location of the house was very close to the comercial area in Kissimmee (also close to the outlets) I had to work from the house and the high speed internet worked perfectly. Also there is a great selection of TV channels (we enjoyed the olympics). Finally, the day we left, we meet Lee (the person in charge of the proper functioning of everything in the house) and he was great as well. My wife even left in one of the drawers her medicines, some jewelry and a check book and Lee was very kind to send a package to my house. The communication with Roy was excellent before and after the booking and stay (he even called the day of my arrival to make sure everything was correct). Payment was easy to make and the deposit was refunded promptly (a couple of days after leaving the house) Thank you Roy for facilitating a great vacation to my family. We will go back to your house for sure Carlos Garces

  Guest: Ray, wife, duughter and family, NL, Canada. This home is well maintained, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The pool and area is totally enclosed with an insect screen to make sitting out in the evenings very relaxing. Only 12 to 14 miles down the street to Disney World for our two grandchrildren. After a long day at Disney you can look forward to a short drive home to a very relaxing home. Roy, the owner, is very accessible and anxious to make your stay a memorable one. We have no hesitation in recommending this home to friends and other family members.
